Went looking for it in Marrickville, but they weren't advertised as on special. Was in a rush so didn't try to scan them.
They would have scanned at the special price, and if they didn't then you'd get them free.
If something scans at a price above advertised, they pay you back the cost.
Woolworths says that the prices in store and online are the same, and I've confirmed with a staff member that the prices should match and if they don't it's a pricing error.
There was a range of papermate pens packs too $15~ down to $2.85
Which ones are the best for writing on CDs?
Gwt the ones marked for writting on cds and dvds. I have a few old cds with some sharpie notes on them and they have leached through and caused the data side to peel or flake off.
The Electro Pop ones are listed as CD markers.
Went to my local woolies and they didn't have them on sale :L
Sometimes they don't display the discounted price, but they should scan as the same price as online. They say that the online and in store prices are the same, so if it scans higher go to customer service with a receipt and they'll pay you back the cost (if you buy more than one, you get one free and the others at the lower price).

Does anyone know if any of these markers are actually permanent? My kids name keeps rubbing off his darn lunch box. I swear ive tried every marker pen under the sun.
If you wash the lunchbox regularly it will probably come off no matter what you use. The metal big sharpies (sharpie pro) are better at staying on however and work on wet and oily surfaces as well. Such a bargain at 4 for $3.10.
I shall be marking all of my stuff "GEORGE".

Please note, Woolies has been pretty despicable over the years selling on discount, near dried up pens and other such cheats having no use by date.

Thanks, TA! I bought the metal pens at Coorparoo (QLD) this afternoon. There was a fair amount of stock of all the variants.
Quite a few available at Cumberland Park Woolies in SA
So i had the opposite experience than most people. Price was displayed $2.50 on shelf. Only one scanned as the correct price os i ended up getting the other one for free after a bit of hassle.
Still worked for me 1pm 12/4
