For anyone might not want provide personal details or might have unexpected CCs rental block since you borrowed too many FREE DVDs
Only1giftcard or maybe any prepaid visa will allow rental through even with no value card.
Has anyone actually been blocked yet?
If so how many free dvds did you rent before being blocked?
Can I use an Only1 gift card and then not return the DVD so I can keep it? They won't be able to charge me if there's no value on it.
I would rather pay for hire from a streaming site that deal with these free dvds. Twice now I've had trouble returning the dvd.
Once I went to a kiosk and it was broken, then the closest place on the site to return other than the kiosk was a store, so I dropped it there. I was then called two days later to come pick up from the store and drop it back to the kiosk as they are separate entities.
The next time I picked one up on the way home from work, went to drop it to a closer kiosk the next day only to find they had different cases, so it wouldn't take it. Drove 5 minutes to another one to have the same issue. Called them up and they told me I had to drop it back to the original kiosk as all other machines in the area had been updated.
Too much running around for something that should be convenient.
Their support is amazing and local. Only had issues and called support to check the kiosk machine.
That's some pretty unlucky work there. All my machines are the same. Once tried to return during a blackout and had the power come back on while in the carpark but otherwise always been easy and quick.
I've had my machine break a few times but all you do is call the number on the case tell them which machine you used or email and they add additional days on to your rental for free. it's only happened a few times and the phone support is local people which is nice. The reason you can't return your kiosk rental to a VideoEZY or Blockbuster store is because the Kiosks are mostly Franchises and the business you returned them to while it has the same name is owned and run by someone completely different.
Can you have them for more than one day?
According to the T&C's you will be charged the normal rental if its not returned by 9.00pm the next day

I have had issues returning as well; went to the machine to return it around 8.30pm and the whole machine had disappeared; email them and waiting to hear if I will be charged

Thanks! tried this yesterday! But the only movie I really wanted to watch was out.. and not even returned the following day for me to rent it.. arggghh
Grabbed a couple of the latest movies today for free, Passengers and Rogue One. Thanks OP. Great thing, if you rented today you get an extra day free, because they assume your kiosk is shut for Good Friday, even when it's open.
I got 4 DVDs, half Price Thursday. $2 each.
Code is for $10 off.
