      • Basicvalue have it for $200 less. Id avoid the standalone unit unless you don't intend of flying it much as a single battery will only get you around 20mins with a 1hr charge time. At the very least source some more batteries for it.

        • +1

Yes I have noticed the combo for $200 less elsewhere. I don't need the case as I have one. If anything an extra battery. So I was going to buy the basic and just get an extra battery.

        • @kayne1: hub is handy if you got multiple batteries else that blue gizmo on ebay that can do all 3 at once is not bad either. If you're just going to have two then one in the bird and one on the charger would be your best bet. All really depends on how much you want to fly and how long you'll be away from a charging source. I think each battery is good for about 300 cycles before losing capacity though I've not flown so many so I cant say from experience. Would be nice if the batteries lasted an hour.

        • @BargainKen: Thanks Ken

        • @BargainKen: I believe the advanced hub allows it to charge batteries at twice the rate of the fly more combo hub? The advanced hub can be connected to the P4 charger for the extra power.

        • @wolfshooter: correct it needs to use the p4 charger to do the deed. Too pricey for what it is. There's an aftermarket charger that can do 3 simultaneously in an hour

  • No FPV is a deal breaker for me. I'll wait for the Mavic 2.
