  Great question Jason, I'm just not sure if I know the answer :) The only place we used exclamations marks is in the coupon code, and the exclamation marks are placed at the back and front of the 'STOREWIDESALE' word as a way to draw attention to the code so people easily see it when browsing our website. Apologies if this has offended you in any way.

    What's your delivery postcode? If you're not comfortable posting it here just call the 1300 number and we should be able to do it over the phone for you, assuming you are in our delivery zone of course.
