    Any bargains ?

    • Well, at $299 the Sunbeam BL5651 (Sleep Perfect Wool Fleece - Queen) is the best price I have found. With the extra $44.85 off ($254.15), it's pretty danged good.

…Now if only the website would stay up for long enough for me to order it!

  • Good price for the Roomba 980 ($1019.15 + $20 delivery)
    https://www.binglee.com.au/irobot-roomba-980-vacuum-cleaning…

  • Not a dupe.

    • +1

      No, unlike that other dupe

is it just me or has the ozbargainers crashed their server?

    • Yup seems so..

      • Oh dear. Now it's just coughing-up 404's :-(

    • It's always a slow crap site like Big W But we just made it worse

    • Not only can I not access the server, but my traffic is leaving NSW and being routed to NZ?!?

      e: it's back!

  • just bought something there today, sales lady was very cheerful and gave a $3 discount but now item is another $6 cheaper. think she knew this was coming lol..

Not too fussed about it though. Bing Lee seem to have better prices than a lot of the other big retailers.

  • it appears you can only pay with paypal and no pick ups.
anyone else agree? or is it just me?

    • +1

I was able to select pick up for a desktop computer

      • did you complete the sale?
i could choose it too but i could not press on proceed…

        • Sorry, i didn't actually complete the sale.. i just went through to the checkout page and saw the option there. If i selected delivered it added $12.95 to the total cost.

  • Oh no, I just bought a fridge through them a few days ago, any chance I can get the difference back?

    • +1

      Can't hurt to ask.

You might also get some love from your credit-card. Some (like 28 Degrees) have a "Get difference back if the price is lowered after your purchase" offer. However note that this is usually only for permanent price reductions, not sale/special price dips.

  • +1

It's a shame 65M7000UWG can't be bought for $1,444: "Contact for Stock Availability".

  • Gah!

    BingFrenzy!

I especially love the Zendesk customer support bot that's also snowed-under.

  • +2

    • +3

      Ozbargained :(

  • +2

    Page not working!!!!!

    • and it might be fair to assume it won't be working until the load drops or someone wakes up in the morning and configures some additional web servers.. (i.e clicks a button to bring more up in the cloud somewhere….)

(also not working for me but nice to see other people have posted within the last 8-10 seconds :-)

  • wow what a massive reaction to their sale.

  • +1

Seems tech support team is trying to fix via India support team. This could take 15 hours to fix, after sales end… LOL

  • +4

    Ozbargained.

  • +2

I just spoke to friend working at Bing Lee, tells me store will open tomorrow after sales end. LOL

  • +2

  • +1

    • Yeah, bought a Fridge but delivery charge was high :(

  • was checking out fridge prices before the site went down, was able to negotiate a better price yesterday with JB HiFi

  • What a joke.

  • This page isn’t working

www.binglee.com.au is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 503

    Reload

    • Reload What? I put all my credit card details and clicked placed order button and this is what I get? did they take my money and disappeared?

      • This must all be your fault then :) .

  • +1

    It's back up now.
But still not working, that spinning circle is quite hypnotic.

  • server down again..WTF

  • site down now

  • Our site is undergoing scheduled maintenance :)

    Online Sale during scheduled maintenance

    • Yes, followed by another 404.

I don't think they quite know what the word "scheduled" means.

  • which mean no deal…DIU..

  • Is this better than 20% Ebay binglee promotion?

    • +3

No, because the Ebay promotion was accessible.

  • +1

    15 hours of maintenance?

  • +1

Shame on Bing Lee for hijacking A.N.Z.A.C. Day with a 'sale'

  • theeee fkkkkk??? website down???

  • +1

The site has been raped. Geez take it easy people let me have a peek lol

  • Bing Lee reserves its rights to reverse any purchases not made in good faith by the Customer

    Interesting. How about -:

The Customer reserves their rights to demand the discounted purchase prices that were not made available in good faith by Bing Lee

  • Good sale Bing lee. Retards can't even manage a website.

  • +2

    Website be fkd

Once the website is up again so will the prices by 15%

  • +5

    Management meeting Wednesday morning;
"How did the online sale go?"
"Great - so much demand it crashed the website!"
    "How much did we sell?"
"Well nothing because the website crashed"
"Great lets do 25% off next week"

"Now onto the next item - how do we lobby the government to block Amazon…they'll kill us in no time"

  • +1

Finally got through and made a purchase!

  • MacBook Pro not included - damn!

    • As is tradition.

  • Just got on after reading the email from bing lee. Got the 75" Sony uhd tv for $3398. Was $40 more for delivery. Paid with my Amex. Happy days

  • +1

    Scheduled maintenance aka price jacking

    • I don't think so. I just had a look at a couple other things for Mother's Day presses. Their prices are around the same as good guys and JB hifi, and en the 15% off on top..

  • Logitech Z623 - $22 discount……. $399 Shipping and Handling to Qld… :)

    • +1

$399 shipping, really? Is it shipped from the Moon?

    • Showing up $20 for me to QLD 4000.

  • yeaaay.. just got a $29.50 GoPro Hero 5 Battery
    pick up NSW

  • Uh oh! Got an order through, but the 15% discount disappeared between checkout and credit card. :-(

    • Same happened to me, trying to get through to customer service via Live Chat now, but there are a few others making inquiries too…

      • Eventually I got onto the chat bot and s/he ultimately agreed to refund the 15% difference. It took a couple of days, but the refund came through.

Just picked-up my goods today. Looks like it's a (poorly) repacked return, but I don't really care and the price was good.

  • Working now… TVs worth the 15% off??

  • Coundn't complete sale with Chrome - just spins trying to get to Paypal site. Works with Microsoft edge, but wierd thing is my cart includes delivery of $60, but Paypal only had amount without delivery. Tried twice and same response. Free delivery? Will call them up tomorrow to see if the sale went through, so far no notification from Paypal or Bing Lee on transaction.

    • Is there free delivery paying with Paypal?

  • Is there free delivery as its not add8ng any del8very charges to the total amount. Want to buy airfryer but $20 delivery seems a lot:(

  • +1

Got a new LG 55" Oled , saved over $500 thanks to this sale. Pretty happy since it's only been on the market for maybe a month at the most

    • I did the same. A deal too good to pass up!

  • 8.95 for delivery. Still good deal for JBL Charge 3. $161.00 to Perth. Cheers!

  • just bought the gopro hero5 black
    $450 pick up

  • What are the chances i can pick up my purchase today if i selected 'Pick up' and they have it in stock?

Or do i have to actually wait for the email ?

Thinking about calling the store later today and see if they can manually assign the stock for me to pick up.

  • What time is Bing Lee open today ?

  • +1

Oh wow, roguewolf becoming the new tightass posting so many good bargains. Keep it up.

  • +1

Thanks OP. Bought two BES870 and saved $200.

  • Bought the jbl charge 3 for $152. Great price, thanks!

  • buying something for wife. kept getting this "issue processing payment" message at checkout. anyone?

edit: call the phone number suggested, not working too, but could live chat with the team and then they called me back to get every detail on the phone to process it. thank them for that.

  • I bought something and never received a confirmation email. Anyone else have the same problem?

    • Did you get confirmation email later. Mine wasdelayed by 5 min but online chat assured me I will get it soon.

      • I still haven't received the confirmation email but I have checked with online chat and they have confirmed the order exists.

        • In that case I would say check your spam folder and other folders properly. Anyways if order exist, you will get call soon for pickup.

  • Looks like stock is waning/non existent for the 65m7000uwg. 15% would have brought it under $1500 too.

  • +1

I managed to buy BES920- 45mins after deal went live last night, persisting with constant site crashes. Brought back out some of the anger experienced with Target and EB Games when trying to buy NES classic long ago.

Received confirmation email about 10 minutes later…

    Thanks OP!
