Honestly, I own one and am very happy with it as a grinder.

The Myer website is terrible on a good day, so I cant tell if it's a site glitch or if it's actually out of stockMyer's website just screams 'Amazon kill me now'
Maybe. Every time I try to buy something of Amazon (even downloadable MP3's)I get hit with 'This item does not ship to your location'. I live in Australia, not Antarctica. Maybe things will change when they setup shop here? Or most likely, as with Netflix we'll have the 'Aussie' selection to choose from with the 'Aussie tax' lumped on for good measure?

I have the model before this one (BCG800) and it is still working great after 4 years (2 or 3 coffee's a day). I think the BCG820 can grind finer though - but everything else was the same.

If it just won't add to bag but doesn't actually give an out of stock message - try adding it to a wish list and then 'transfer to bag' from the list. Website quirk that worked for me yesterday.
I was able to add to my bag in Internet Explorer (not Chrome), but it then said it was out of stock when I tried to check out.
I bought one late last night. It still seems to be working now as well.

The guy did a quick check of stock and found most stores had 1, likely their display one (for anyone else interested).

Tried again, keeps saying out of stock when I goto checkout. If I checkout as guest it goes through until I put my address in where it then says its out of stock.
Any tips on how to get it to go through?What is the difference between the BCG820 and the BCG920?
Ahhh… just found the answer: There is no BCG920, it's a bit confusing as the combo package with the BES920XL dual boiler machine is termed BEP920. <end rant>
So is there a better grinder on the market than this one?
There are heaps of better grinders in the market than this one, easily.
But there is none better than this grinder at this price. Or anywhere close.
How much do you have to pay for something just up from this one?
After a couple of days trying, I managed to get the order to process yesterday. Money has been taken and the order is showing as "preparing shipment".
