Just found this in the local news paper

The Richmond Football Club is offering Shire of Cardinia residents free tickets to attend one of our ‘Sunday Funday’ games at the MCG this season. Anyone who lives or works in the Cardinia region will have the opportunity to select tickets for one of the following games

Rd 8: Fremantle, 1:10pm Sunday, May 14
Rd14: Carlton, 3:20pm Sunday, June 25
Rd 20: Hawthorn, 3:20pm Sunday, August 6

Print at home tickets for your selected game will be emailed to you the week of that game. There is a limit of four (4) tickets per registration. Cut-off time to register for the free tickets are

Rd 8: Fremantle: 5pm Wednesday, May 10
Rd14: Carlton: 5pm Wednesday, June 21
Rd 20: Hawthorn: 5pm Wednesday, August 2

      No. Cardinia shire is official sponsor of Richmond FC. So every season they offer free tickets for few matches

          no. I wish. Free tickets are for resident of cardinia shire who pay sky high council tax every year. But anyone can claim as just need to add post code.
