  • I bought a pair of these about a year ago, used moderately. The join on the inner pleather ear pads are separating on the inner seam because it's glued, not stiched. It's happening on both left and right sides.

Pretty good sound quality and great build, aside from above issue.

    • Yeah I own two pairs myself. I alternate them between charges to always use them. Has roughly 11-12 hours use per charge. I never encountered the ear pad issue but I bought a pair for my sister who had the problem.

Apparently if your ears are sweaty, it's more of an issue. But you can replace them easily for A$ 12.99 from the Jabra website. Other than that these are an amazing pair of headphones for the price.

      • They've now fixed the issue and have stitched cushions instead of glued. I bought my wife a set a little over a year ago, and hers recently became unglued. I bought mine a couple of months ago and the stitching looks good.

Jabra don't cover cushions under warranty, and while the replacement ones are $12.99, it's $20 postage on top. If anyone knows where to get the cushions from cheaper, all my OzB love to you @:-)

EDIT: They're good headphones, btw. Comfy with good head clamp and good sound.

    • I've had the ear pad issue too… On two units.

Ended up returning and getting a refund…which is a shame since they did sound great.

  • Now showing $100 before applying code so price has gone up

  • plan to buy it tonight and the price gone up :((

  • Just got this 3 hours ago at Officeworks Malaga.
I had the price at Mobilecity on my phone and went in for a price match.
They did a lot of checking to ensure the headphone aren't grey imports; it helped when I show them the Jabra contact number to call for Warranty on Mobilecity website and it was the same as Jabra Aus site for support.
Wasn't as cheap as $72 - $76 after the 5% discount and no delay in waiting for S&H (MobileCity was doing free P&H).
Unsure how to show receipt on to help if you guys interested.
