  • On the website, choose the model/size you are interested in and in the 'Features' tab you will see lure lengths, hook sizes etc.

    We don't run many discounts so not sure that we'd have as much to talk about as in your example, but your point is spot on. Relatively new to Ozbargains and so tend to keep it short and to the point.

  • Blue Seas Tackle has not received any enquiry from this user regarding the status of their order. The invoice number quoted in earlier posts had a refund applied to a Mastercard account originating from Lloyds Bank, London, UK on 10/05/17 for $8.20. It is suggested the user contact their bank in the UK. Re delivery of the order; the user nominated standard domestic mail, no tracking, as their delivery option. Suggest contacting their local Australia Post outlet as it is an oversized package and is probably awaiting pickup.

    As the user has chosen to enquire about their order through this venue, rather than direct to us, would the user like screenprints of the credit card refund posted to this platform, or just look at their account details on our website for the same information?

      I received your email saying that you'd processed the refund on 10th and it'd take "2-3" days.

      Can you tell me where where the delivery info is on the parcel? All I can see on the 'track order' page is "Shipping Details, tracking not available". I don't have any collection card from aus post but i'll ring my local office and check today.

      There's also my year of birth in the delivery address, not sure if this will affect anything.

      I'm only letting you know buddy, just wanted to try you instead of BCF.

  • Again, I would encourage you to login to your BSTC account and view the order details. To repeat: you chose to use domestic mail (no tracking), not parcel post with tracking. Both options were available for you to select from.

    Your Ship To Addressee indicates a company name '1987'. Of course this was used on the shipping label - this was at your instruction. Again, this information is in your account, where you set it up.

    Suggest you contact us directly.

    • 1987 is my mistake, sorry. Just did an auto-fill on the form and it populated that field, I must not have checked. I'll let you know if it turns up and if the post office are holding anything for me. If it's lost then fair enough, again I must have just assumed there would be some sort of tracking. Anyway, good luck.

  • Code is valid for a single use only. The lightbox that popped up when you placed your initial order indicated this. Offer period expires 30/06/17 - this is the period during which the code can be used.

  • The only other valid coupon we have at present is 'Fishing10' - this is also a single use code that will give 10% off. It is valid until Oct 17.
