Received mine yesterday, it's a beast! Nice hardcase that comes with it too. Now I'm off to find any excuse to drill some holes. Thanks OP.

  • mine arrived today

  • Those that received it…did you get an email to say it had been sent?

    • Haven't received as missed delivery but I got email with tracking when it was sent

      • I haven't got any tracking email yet. Sent an email yesterday to see what's going on.

        • Still waiting as well, no email, its marked as "processing". Maybe they oversold?

        • @onetrickpony:

Anyone got there order yet? mine says still "Processing" I think they may oversold the product..

on the phone with them very prompt sales man said "checking the warehouse"…
same person told me that they sold almost 400+ units…

so it will take extra time to fulfill the orders.

        • @hongas:

UPDATE - NO stock. so they offer $110 instore or online credit or Full refund.

hmmm… I have kitchen cabinet on a stool for this tool to arrive. LOL

        • @hongas: Yep got an email with the same update.

Supergrip reported on this deal WHEN THE DEAL WENT OUT OF STOCK.
All purchases prior to that notice should be honoured.

    • EXACTLY!

Mine was before the 9pm message.

      Still havent heard a pip

Do not trust SuperGripTools. I purchased this drill within 1 hour of it being advertised. They have taken 9 days to now tell me that the drill I purchased is out of stock. Amateurs that shouldn’t be allowed to ever be promoted on Ozbargain again. Would like to know if anyone received the drill and if so when they purchased it. All a bit doggy if you ask me.

    • Haven't actually received it but I missed delivery and am awaiting redelivery.

    • It seems they not very reputable way conduct their business. Purchased the drill well before out of stock and now got an email saying either get refund or $110 store credit. Not good enough.

      edit:

-contacted them and they said waiting for bosch australia to supply more stock in near future but would not know the time frame.

-contacted bosch australia and they said it is a discontinued model so there won't be a stock to supply retailers.

definetely not trustworthy assumingly knowing how much stock they had in hand and it is a discontinued model.

    DO NOT TRUEST THEM…

    Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to you regarding your purchase of the Bosch rotary hammer drill GSB 20-2 RE KC, which was an online special on 13/05/17. Due to the Extremely large response received for this special, Bosch Australia are now out of stock on the product. As we await for more stock to land in Australia in the near future, we would like to give you the option of a full refund until the item is back in stock. If you do decide to go with a full refund we will notify you via email once the item is back in stock, in which case the purchase can be made again before the item goes live on our website so you will receive stock before any new purchasing customers.

Please reply to this email advising us wether you would prefer a refund until the item is back in stock, or if you would prefer a $110 instore or online credit.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

    Kind Regards,
From the sales team at Supergrip Tools.

    • This…. Received exactly the same response. No ETA advised either. Quite frustrated. They sShouldn't be accepting order if there was not stock to fulfil these.

  • I received the product today 25th May 17 but its not Blue its green .
I thought its meant to be Blue , am I missing something ( or am I color blind)?

    • I definitely got the blue bosch Professional drill. Just check the model number on the side of the drill matches the one in the title of this thread. My drill box was also tamper sealed (not sure how tamper proof) with a sticker which had the model number on it.

  • FWIW,just checked my emails and I received my confirmation email 3pm the day the ad was posted, so I'm guessing I ordered it a few minutes before then.

  • Pretty poor form, ordered late 3pm the day the ad was posted and have not heard anything since. No shipping confirmation so can only assume in the same boat as others above. Officially 'Out of Stock' at 9pm would indicate there is going to be a lot of unhappy customers.

  • Still haven't received my order!
I bought 2 items from them and received a confirmation email.

Poor form to not advise of a delay.

A response from the store here would save face. You were very professional before everyone bought and now you have vanished!

    Just be honest. Or else……

I responded to their pathetic email telling them I didn't want a refund or credit - I wanted the drill I purchased.
Haven't heard anything from them since - no email, no refund.
Terrible service. I vote they get banned from OzB until we all receive our items.

  • +1

    Asked for refund…

No feedback, no delivery and no refund???

  • **Attention Ozbargainers who haven't received their drill

Don't bother emailing SuperGripTools, they won't reply any time soon. Call them on 1300 850 801

My outcome: Obviously they ran out of stock for the drill, so the people who missed out should have gotten an email indicating if they wanted a refund, or want to wait for stock to arrive at their warehouse. (No ETA)!! If you haven't received the email, call them on 1300 850 801 with your order number. You will be added to the list to be emailed so you can receive your refund.

    Hope this helps guy

  • Has anybody heard anything further on this?
    I am still waiting…

Warning - these guys sell stock they don't have and then they can not supply. Waited a month for them to tell me they can not supply.
