  It is a rip off but Veggie Samurai came up with dicing the veggies multiple times. For a freebie, can't complain but I prefer Fruit Samurai for the 'feel' of the game.
  
  It is amazing that anyone could take a successful application and alter slightly and sell it for their own. I guess it comes down to arguing whether or not any similarity is the result of being the same 'genre' or outright copyright infringement.
