Terms and Conditions

You (referrer) should only send referral messages and share your referral link to friends and family who do not have a Sendle account (referee) and are genuinely interested in receiving messages about opening one.

The referrer is eligible to earn bonus Velocity Points on any new Sendle account referred using the custom link.

For the referrer to earn Points there is no requirement for the referee who opens a Sendle account to be a Velocity Member.

The exclusive offer is only available to new Sendle account holders (as the referral) and existing Sendle account holders (as the referrer);

To be eligible for this exclusive offer you and your referees need to comply with these Terms and Conditions;

For both the referrer and the referee to be eligible to receive bonus Points, the referee must follow these two simple steps:

Sign up to Sendle between 24 April and 31 May 2017 via the referrer’s unique referral link (Signup Period); and,

Create orders (send parcels) with Sendle before 31 May 2016 (Promotion Period).

The Bonus Points Offer

The maximum number of Velocity Points you may receive under the referral program is 1,000 bonus Velocity Points per referee who joins during the Signup Period and earns during the Promotion Period, capped at 10,000 bonus Velocity Points per referrer.

You must be the named recipient of this email and hold a Velocity Frequent Flyer membership to be eligible for the exclusive offer when a friend or family member you refer signs up to Sendle (via your unique referral link) by 31 May and create orders (send parcels) with Sendle by 31 May 2016 (capped at a maximum of 10,000 bonus Velocity Points). Please allow until 30 June for the bonus Velocity Points to be awarded to your Velocity account.

If your friend or family member signs up to Sendle by 31 May 2016 and create orders (send parcels) with Sendle by 31 May 2016 (using the unique referral link provided by you) you will receive 1,000 bonus Velocity Points if the referred member sends 1 or more parcels.

Velocity Members whose Velocity Frequent Flyer account is suspended, cancelled or otherwise terminated at any time during the Promotion Period or at the time of fulfilment will not be eligible to receive the exclusive offer.

Sendle Customers whose accounts are delinquent (have outstanding payments owing passed the weekly billing date) at the end of the Promotion Period will not be eligible to receive the exclusive offer.

Sendle will not inform you if your friend or family member has signed up or has sent parcels with Sendle. This is in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sendle is not liable for any tax implications arising from the bonus Velocity Points offer. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the offer.

To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

Eligible Orders

Parcels will be eligible to be counted if the Sendle orders are paid for and collected. Orders which are cancelled will not be counted.

It is the responsibility of Velocity members to link their Sendle account to their Velocity account by adding their Velocity Membership number and name to their Sendle account. Velocity Points will not be earned when an incorrect Velocity membership number or name is associated with an account.

To be eligible to earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must be the Sendle account holder making the purchases and a Velocity member. No orders will be counted when a purchase is subsequently refunded. All Sendle account plans ('Premium', 'Easy' and 'Pro) are eligible to earn Velocity Bonus Points for this specific campaign.

Account holders on the ‘Easy’ and ‘Premium’ plans are also eligible to earn base points on regular Sendle purchases as per the usual Sendle Terms and Conditions.

All purchases are governed by Sendle’s Terms and Conditions and Sendle’s Privacy Policy.

    I send about one per week using smart send. About 2kg and it'd about $12. With out insurance
    This is $15 with 1.5k insurance. My items a are about 1k each.

      We gave them a go when they first started. Good pricing for a free service, but they're limited to only one package per delivery.

      There are cheaper rates with paid services that also offer insurance, such as Shippit.

      If you're limited to a free service, or need to send multiple items, and want great rates; try Interparcel. They provide a wider variety of options, and offer international too.

        What can you recommend

        • Sendle is the easiest and includes insurance by default.
          It keeps everything together on a single booking screen and provides tracking on the dashboard and with the receiver.

          They currently use Fastway and Couriers Please.
          The one that provides the cheapest service for the booking will be the one collecting and delivering.

          A few dollars more but includes insurance which is good.
