AMEX Mobile Wallet offer is on again - spend $30 or more, in one or more transactions, in-store, online or within app with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay to get one $10 credit.

I believe this is only on Amex issued cards, limited to first 15,000 cards registered.

UPDATE: Looks like it may be targeted to new Amex issued cards e.g. my Explorer card was issued about a month ago.

    It just came up in my offers in the Amex app, not sure how they have selected the chosen ones. I've never registered for this offer before.
