$699 for a generic UHD 65" is not a great deal. aldi hit that price point over a year ago.
The rest are OK I guess (especially if you arent after UHD).

Disagree. I've been buying Soniq's since JB first stocked them nearly 10 years ago. They are a great TV if you don't really care about having the best quality and want something that just works. Ive had 6 of them since 2008 and I've had a really good run, none have failed. In fact I plugged in my oldest 40 inch from 2008 a few weeks ago and it was still running fine.
The additional benefit is since it's their own white label brand they can discount agressively compared to other brands.

Just want to clarify that the image of the 65 UHD in the ad is the old model however they are selling the current model for $698.

Are you judging that by the stand because my TV is definitely an old model. (model number is UTX14A)
I bought mine yesterday and it's going to be delivered tomorrow.
I searched the model number on the boxes behind the display model and they were all VX15A which is the current model on sale in stores. They didn't have any 14A boxes of the 65 inch yesterday.
I'll take a pic tomorrow when received.

There was some weird stuff going on at the sale. The model number you posted shows up a lot on google as a FHD TV but the box clearly shows 4K. My TV looks the same as yours (based on the box picture). It also says in the menu the model number is S65UV126A-AU Rev A.

The back of mine says S65UV16A-AU Rev A. So at least we got the latest model if the boxes are all wrong haha!
Pretty strange, on the link you provided above it states the TV is a 4 star energy rating, however the sticker on the TV is 4.5 stars!
Quick note. Spoke to JB as I am having an issue with my TV.
Seems ALL TVs that were sold at this sale were repackaged refurbished units.
