      In fairness, it's difficult to compare travel agent websites with hotels directly, because the cancellation policy, room inclusions (breakfast, internet) and loyalty schemes are different.

      If the booking.com rate is that good you'd do better to use Hilton's price beat instead, 25% off that.

    Best way I have found to get the cheapest rates with hilton is to take advantage of their best price guarantee.

    They match any website and then give you an extra 25% off the matched price.

    I also book the rates that require no upfront payment and have cancellations allowed, so you have the freedom to cancel and rebook if you ever find a cheaper rate.

    I have an upcoming usa trip and have successfully lodged 5 claims. Best one being Hilton Hawaiian Village which with the 25% off came very handy

      Where did you find your better prices? The Surfer's Paradise Hilton has shot up in the last few days and I can't book B&B with this included, so even with 20% it's working out more than it would have been a week ago.

    The Hilton Members flash sale was cheaper (just earlier this week)….I booked Gold Coast residence 3 bedder for 319 and today after the 20% off it is $391 :(

      Ha, Surfers Paradise (non-residence) is currently offering 30% off… so if you use this deal you end up with worse prices.

    Anyone had issues receiving their points/stays using this? The first time I had no issue but nothing posted the second time.
