I'll have what Kiriakoz is having.

  • Would be great if the hard drive is accessible

I recently swapped out a hard drive to an ssd on my sisters hp all in one. It wasn't super easy but doable if you have the technical nouse.

Can't guarantee that this one could be done but underneath, it just used normal pc parts. I ended up mounting the ssd to the inside of the of the case with some gaffer tape close to where the old 3.5" cables were. Still rocking to this day and was a huge improvement to the performance.

    • I've also got a AIO and had to pull it apart to do a upgrade. Still Rockin 3 years later.

      • How easy is it to remove the optical drive and swap it out with a ssd as primary?

        • I just upgraded the ram to 8gb. There were a few images online (for my computer) so I looked at those and dived in. Took about ..40mins or so I think. It was a bit fiddly but did it.
