  • The new Amex connect website should have been up and running by now. They are running behind initial schedule…
Can't remember my log-in password…will wait for the manual enrollment link :)

This BP offer was also present on all my AmEx issued cards with the same expiry date (doesn't appear to be on the website yet):

    BP
Spend $40 or more, get $10 back
Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $40 or more, in one transaction, in-store only at American Express accepting BP locations by 04/07/2017 to receive one $10 credit. Limited to the first 15,000 Cards to save the offer. Exclusions apply.
    EXPIRES 04/07/2017

    • got this one too!

    • +2

I bought BP gift cards last time and got the credit. Not all stations have them though.

      • or in my case, they had them, but the attendant didn't know how to sell/process them ;-)

    • Targeted? I can't see it.

      • log into your normal card account and go to 'Offers'… That's where I found it.

        https://www.americanexpress.com/australia/

No need to apologise, I've already saved the offer onto my card.

If you are looking for Domino's deals/coupons to spend your $20 on then remember to OzBargain Pizza page which has them all sorted in an easy to read format and continually updated with new and daily codes.

    Some ideas:

If your store is charging $10.95 or $11.95 for you could get 4 traditional chef's best/traditional pizzas for $21.90 ($11.90 after statement credit) or $23.90 ($13.90 after statement credit). If your store is charging $12.95 (or more) then you could get 2 traditional/chef's best pizzas with that buy 1 get 1 free deal and then 1 traditional/chef's best pizza with a $7.95 code or 33% off code to make the total $20.90 for 3 pizzas ($10.90 after rebate). Or value pizzas are $5 all the time without any code required, so get 4 value pizzas for $20 exactly ($10 after statement credit) or 3 value pizzas + 2 sides using a 2 sides for $5 or 2 sides for $6 code listed making the total $20/$21 ($10/$11 after statement credit).

Dominos offer condition states one or more transactions before 07/07.

      • +1

Ah yeah cool, not so important then. Could do 2 transactions of buy 1 get 1 free or similar.

    BP manual link? Please.

Where is the bi annual shop small dammit! I could have used it on the weekend.

  • +2

"Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $20 or more, in one or more transactions"
Does that mean you can make a few orders, as long as it ends up over $20 when added together?

    • -5

no, I see where you're coming from, but you need $20 min per transaction. I think the or more transactions is left over from past deals where you could use the offer multiple times.

      • +1

Ummm it says that you need to spend $20 in one or more transactions by 7/7 so yes you could split it up as long as you've spent $20 by the due date you'll get $10 back.

        • -1

$20 you can't. well not without having to call up & demand it.

        • @supabrudda:
If you say so… I'll be splitting mine up and getting the money back :)

  • +2

Another way to maximise domino's pizza offer if you have a larger order is to first purchase a $20 gift card with an AMEX, place a $40 order, redeem the gift card and pay off the balance with another AMEX. Unfortunately only 1 gift card can be redeemed per order so one would have to break up a very large order into multiple smaller ones if required.

    • +2

Dominos offer condition states one or more transactions before 07/07.

  • Can gift cards be used with coupon codes?

Can multiple gift cards be used in one transaction?

    Ty

  • I recently transitioned from my Amex Essentials to Westpac Attitude Black, can somebody please tell me, how do I find these offers in that?

    • I think you'll have to wait for the manual enrollment links to be posted.

      • figured that might be the case, thanks mate!

        • +1

Not true. You can add your card to the Amex Connect site even if it's bank issued and see the relevant deals and click to add them to the card. No manual enrollment required.

        • @cnut: thanks mate, much appreciated. what's this news about Amex connect discontinuing or something?

        • +1

@enzioFirenze: They're meant to roll out a new site and system. But current site seems to work fine.

        • +1

@enzioFirenze: I've heard the same - haven't followed it closely though but I'd imagine manual links will be your best bet. I personally prefer manual links anyway, I feel this "peace of mind" by receiving the email saying I've saved an offer.

      • oh i never knew how to claim Amex deals with bank-issued Amex cards..I know i didn't ask, but thanks! lol

  • online only payment.
What if I order online and pay with the Amex at the counter?

    • +2

in theory they can tell the difference. But there's only one way to find out. let us know how you go guinea pig!

    • +1

Why would you prefer doing that though, out of curiosity?

      edit: Here's your answer

      • Excludes online orders paid for in-store.
      • easier to pay at the counter

        • +2

Really? I guess it saves you from having to type in your card number (+ privacy concerns, if any)

But anyway, it can't be done. Here's your answer

          • Excludes online orders paid for in-store.
        • @illumination:

          Thanks! At least that's sorted.

  • how do we register for bank AMEX card since the amexconnect website not used anymore

    • Use the manual links that people posted.

  • Will this work if I pay by PayPal which is linked to my Amex?

    • +5

No, you have to pay them directly and not through a third party ie PayPal.

  • Best to purchase Dominos Instagifts for longer expiry

    • Have you tried buying it & got the credit?

Do you know if you can partially use instagifts? Like could you use a $20 one on 4 separate $5 orders?

      • +1

        Yes to all

        • Can you use more than 1 instagifts for 1 order? Let's say the order is for $40, can you pay using 2 x $20 instagifts?

        • @JLQC5899:

Did a mock order just now. Looks like you can only enter one instagift per order as there's no option to select instagift after you enter the first instagift code

        • +1

AmEx know exactly what you purchased(Food or Giftcards) and which store you set on Domino's Pizza.I spent $15.90 already on one AmEx and just purchased a $5 giftcard. It trigued the AmEx statemnent back email. However, the description of the transaction is Domino's Pizza Giftcard.

The T&Cs says clearly excluding bulk/corporate giftcard orders.I bet $20 giftcard should be fine with statement back.

        • @Neoika: did you get the $10 credit for this $20.90 spend?

        • @kelasen: Got it!

        • @Neoika: cheers

        • @Neoika: Just wondering how did you add the $5 gift card once you already had $15.90 worth of pizzas in cart? I tried to replicate that last night but I couldn't add the gift card and Pizzas in the same order…

        • @kelasen: Seperate orders count.

        • @Neoika: Cheers!

  • Hi guys,
I have a CBA diamond awards credit card. Will this offer work with that card?

    Thanks.

    • Never mind it is available for this card.

  • +1

    About the dominos offer:

    • will this work for instagifts?
    • will this work if I use discount codes?
    • +2

Yes and yes. All you've gotta do is spend $20 regardless of what you actually do to get to that threshold.

      • Great, thanks

  • +3

Lots and lots and LOTS of exclusions:

    • Excludes online orders paid for in-store.
    • Excludes Domino's 2 Go locations.
    • Excludes orders for delivery or pick up from the following stores: Beechboro, Drouin, Ermington, Forbes, Greenacre, Ingle Farm (SA), Inverell, Kalamunda (WA), Keilor, Kelvin Grove, Mareeba, Maryborough (VIC), Miami, Pacific Paradise, Portland, Ringwood, Roma, Rothwell, Schofields, Seaford (SA), Torquay (VIC), Tuart Hill, Warner, Warragul, West Burleigh, Young (NSW) locations.
    • Excludes phone orders
    • +1

If you are able to make online payment for those excluded stores, then in theory you can't be denied your statement credits.

      • +1

Unless, perhaps, they are being processed with a different merchant name? (Dominos being franchised businesses and all…)

    • +6

      That's not LOTS of exclusions

  • +1

    cannot enrol anymore

    • +1

      Yup, all gone :(

  • pity

  • Excellent, can finally have my Dominoes allowance for this year :)

  • I have an AMEX card but for some reason every time I try to pay Dominos with it, the transaction won't go through. It's issued direct from AMEX as well.

    • Turns out some Dominos stores don't accept AMEX. Watch out for this trap people!

      • +1

Pay it online. Also, this is online only deal.

        • I tried. Won't accept it online either.

  • AMEX Dominos deal expires on 7/7/17

  • loL, wth !
Just ordered online and received confirmation from AMEX before the order confirmation from Domino's !
    Go AMEX !!
