    +$14 for posting . 7-21 days ? Really …how legit is this ?

    • There's digital order… give it a try!!

  • +3

Can OP confirm this is lifetime, because I thought u cant get them anymore?

    • I was going to ask same question… was going to purchase then realise extra charges …

  • Wow
I would like to know about the above as welll!!!
Who has bought from them before?

  • I got this through an email, since I purchased it last time but that was through ecarter. They may be affiliated, as I got this email from the same guy who sent me the activation code last time. I have been using it since then with no issues (11/2015)

Uhm, buyer seriously beware.. this was one of the (on-page) popup's when using the link above http://i.imgur.com/3Orv5tm.png

I find it very hard to believe after malwarebytes have stayed so firm on non-lifetime licenses that they would be giving a vendor rights to do such a thing with prices that destroy their own (I'm going to assume nearly any price is accepted from the picture above, from past dealings with others that do this laddered marketing).

With just a few minutes of seeing the post and checking the deal, I'm going to say they are old keys being resold. Just an assumption though.

    • Your offer amount: -$25

  • Can I buy a lifetime license of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium?

With the switch to a subscription license model, Malwarebytes will not be selling any more lifetime licenses. The new subscription model allows you to protect up to three PCs with one license and can be purchased here: https://store.malwarebytes.com/342/purl-consumer

This is from official AntiMalware page.

  • I bought it, got a working key in my email, replied to the email asking about the shipping cost and if I can get refunded it.
Got replied pretty quickly saying they would and then I got a email from paypal confirming it.

    • Did you try key ? Does it say Lifetime License?

      • Yes, it did.

        • Well that doesn't make any sense to me now . Lost

        • +1

@denzele: How are you lost? It's pretty clear even on their own pages they are admitting to reselling old keys.

Offered $10 haha but they counter offered $20 USD = $27.55 AUD they sent me an email with the ID and Key worked fine. Cheers op.

    • +3

I'll let you guys know if I get them any lower. I'm doing it for the sole purpose of trying to work out where the keys came from, already have lifetime licenses.

      • That would be very nice of you. Thanks!

      • I'll interested in what you find.

Okay, I got a reply — Here's the good news, in terms of wholesalers, they are actually completely legit because malwarebytes was unable to impose end-dates for wholesalers to finish selling their keys (if they didn't sell them back to malwarebytes like most did).
I work in the industry (well, close, network engineer) and after finding out everything and then having it confirmed, I definitely would buy myself and most likely will be buying one to put away for a rainy day.. Especially since malwarebytes doesn't seem like they will be leaving the top of the securities market in the near future and the subscription plan only gets more expensive.

There's just a small team running the website and they are somewhat of a startup, I have seen some of their financials and can confirm that they are basically breaking even (after fees) on this deal, just to get the name out there and more future potential customers.

Buy up! This is as close to a reference someone I do not know will get from me! :)

        • @dfaktz: Thanks, helpful post!

To anyone watching/subscribed — See my comment above, they are legit and this is a damn good deal, I spoke too soon.

I think its important to point out that, once purchased, these codes can only be used ONCE. i.e. if you ever reformat your PC, the same code will not work. Hope this helps.

    • +1

Does it produce the "maximum use, contact support" error? I've got that about 10 - 20 times on my license I purchased 4 or 5 years ago and they have been great to deal with. They just reset it every time.

      • Thanks, I don't know about that. This is what the vendor from this post was telling me (one off activation). Do you need to show proof of purchase when dealing with Malwarebytes support for the code reset? thanks

        • Na, never have. I think the code I have has a 2 or 3 times activation limit built into it, and any more than that they have to reset it at their end.

        • Thanks again, you are a legend !

        • @hctseng:

No worries, hopefully these licenses are the same.

  • Is this deal still available? I have waited for the "offer a price" in the cart and nothing appears.
In the description on the website it says: CURRENT PROMO IS OVER, PRICES REVERTED TO ORIGINAL PRICE. QTY ABOVE 5PCS CONTACT US FOR A DEAL.

    • same for me, not getting an 'offer a price' prompt.
      :(

    • Doesn't seem to be coming up anymore, have expired.

    • Popped up for me. So I put in 20. See what happens. I know it says expired here and that promo is over.

      • Let me guess, you use uBlock? Any ad-blocker worth its weight will have produced the offer a price page, since its what gets sent back when the page can't work out if you just got there or are just leaving.

TL;DR/Laymans terms: There's alot of analytics on that website to track how you are using it. This is being blocked.

        • Nope no addons or blockers here.

        • @bricabrac89: Weird, if you're still interested let me know (DM is fine) and ill shoot the owner a message on your behalf.

        • @dfaktz: I'm telling you they accepted my offer and I'm happily using premium.

        • @bricabrac89: Telling me where, exactly? :P

        • @dfaktz: oh sorry haha. In a comment further down. Thought I'd mentioned it here.

        • @bricabrac89: I see. All good mate, enjoy :)

  • Group buy……anyone interested?

I have contacted the company and they can do the following pricing:

For 5pcs they can do $28 each
for 10pcs they can do $27 each
for 15pcs they can do $26 each
for 20pcs they can do $25 each

    • Is this AUD or USD?

      • USD. The original $20 was also in USD.

    • Wonder how long this licence will last before they get blacklisted. I don't think you will get any technical support if such needed . I had so many issues when switching from v2 to new one all in one v3 version . Took some time but got it fixed tru their support.

    • I'd be very interested in having the profile number of that threat, I can clarify why its on there if needed (I'm curious myself).

Especially because I am going to work with the vendor to get this deal back at a better price and the knowledge the keys are fine from the first minute, I don't want anything coming out of the woodwork as a surprise later on.

      • Interested to know myself. Where do we find this profile number? Nothing jumping out at me in the logs…

  • Put in an offer today. Offered 20 straight up. Accepted the offer.

    • +1

…and they accepted my offer. Now have a lifetime expiry. Thanks!

      • I did the same, they accepted mine too at US$20

  • The offer amount they gave was 30USD when i requested 20USD

    • Interesting…I bought 2 licenses (separate transactions) and the second one was not long before you posted, my request of US$20 was accepted both times.
