I've been looking for a new TV, and this is an easy UHD purchase from a reasonably reputable brand/seller.
Not as cheap as the 50inch Series 3 but it is bigger and newer.

      Yes they are, i think they're even newer than the 7-series
      series 4,5,6 came out together this year
