Bargain price for such a great speaker. OW is also having it at same price but very limited stock.

Having this speaker myself and can say that it out perform the UE MegaBoom, which is $100 more. The Charge 3 has deeper and louder bass and with additional feature as a power bank allow you to charge your phone or tablet. Available in black, red and blue. I might buy one more to connect 2 as stereo. Enjoy

    This speaker I reckon is the pick of the bunch for bluetooth portable speakers. It packs a great sound with bass with such little form factor.

        JBL Xtreme is at least twice the size and price. Its a completely different comparision

    I've had one for a couple month now & I can say it's definitely a top pick when it comes to Bluetooth speakers.

    Could also grab the Sony XB30 which is equivalent if not better (imho) from the Bing Lee eBay sale.
    $161.15 delivered to Sydney Metro. Note that you have to pay by Paypal.
    tldr: does everything the Charge 3 can do, with strobe lights!!!

    I was just there comparing the JBL Charge to the Sony XB30.

    The advantage of the JBL Charge 3 is that it is water proof and I believe you get phone charging cables.

    However, I preferred the sound from the Sony XB30.

    I purchased an Sony XB30 for $187 from HN.

    Picked this a couple of months ago for $150. Definitely too bassy which can make the music seem muffled, but is still great for what it is.
