      Slightly higher stock clock speed. Possibly higher overclocking potential.

      The dirty secret that OEMs don't want you knowing is most GTX 1070's will overclock to 1900 (making purchases due to higher stock speeds a waste of money) and almost none will overclock past 2100 (meaning the potential overclocking is small even in the best case).

  This cooler is fine on the 1070 and 1080. There is reports of this cooler not being great on the 1080ti though. Also doesn't come with a backplate.
