What part of EFTPOS is escaping you? EFTPOS is nothing to do with a website payment nor a deposit into your bank account. It's a EFTPOS card sent by mail that you can use ANYWHERE that EFTPOS is accepted.

I was reading the terms and conditions. says eBay is excluded? And "the purchase must not have been made under any other offer or discount" isn't the 20% under "other discount"?

Yes but he didn't ask about the "under other discounts".
Just want to be sure cause I want to get a $3800 camera. And would be dissapointes if for some reason sony said it's not valid.I called Sony and they said only stores that are Australian Authorised Retailers. And they said Ryda was not on their list. SO I called Ryda to check and they said it is available. So its a bit contradictory.

So most likely no gift card. The last deal from Ted Camera is through local pick up.
