To get the 200k for free, all you have to do is subscribe to Rockstars mailing list - https://www.rockstargames.com/subscribe
If you already have subscribed to the mailing list I am not sure if it will work again if you unsubscribe then subscribe back. Money is deposited into Maze Bank account.

    The bank account is the default bank account IN GTA online.

  I did not receive a notification that I will be rewarded with $200,000. Did you receive that notification?
  Also I clicked on Activate Grand theft Auto V Pc now and clicked on purchase where it asks me for a promo code, which I do not know what the codes are.
