Yeah. I'd NEVER buy another Samsung fridge again, got the older model of this, from 2013. First one was DOA, freezer didn't work at all. Got a replacement. Weeks after, the water dispenser stops working. They come out, replace the filter housing and pump, then it's okay. Months later, the ice maker begins to freeze up on itself, overflowing with frozen water, preventing the ice tray from being emptied and straining the motor. They fix that too and seal the ice maker housing. Then the water would randomly stop working. Eventually had that resolved and it's okay, for now. Apart from those glaring issues, the fridge is fine, the support is also quite good (not handled by Samsung, but instead, a third party).
Never ever again. Had a second hand Fisher & Paykel, which died after 10 years, but had absolutely zero issues during that time.
i've owned this fridge for around 6 months now and i haven't had a single issue with it, its been great!
I can't stand French doors or upside down, dumbest idea ever along with a smart fridge and curved TVs.
