      The delivery guy from Toll is a complete waste…did not attempt to deliver and did not leave a card.
      He scanned the item around 7:09 pm as missed delivery and 7:14 its back in the depot which is 18km away from my place.
      He must be a 'Transformer' to go that fast.🤔

      Now waiting for collection sms…to collect it from depot…cant collect it from news agency coz no card was left.

          @maxchange: very strange indeed. When I go to tracking it says 2 items have been picked up but only 1 has been scanned on next line. And you guessed it. The one that's scanned is the one that's been delivered (bonus wizard remote). Calling toll priority ATM. Will let you know of outcome

          I got the same thing, Toll delivery guy rocked up. I was expecting a big package but instead only received the remote. Checked the tracking details, JB sent 2 items when it was scanned for pick-up at their warehouse but upon leaving Toll warehouse in Victoria only one item got scanned and sent. Not sure what happened to the actual drone parcel.

          Took me 30 minutes to get in touch with Toll customer support and they've advised me that they have escalated it to the appropriate department, gave me a reference number and was told someone will get in contact with me by 12pm tomorrow.

          So I have this remote control, just sitting here…

          Exactly same thing happened to me. Just received this

          We have checked with our depot regarding the second parcel and been advised, the frieght was sent as an Off peak service- via road to Queensland from victoria and it may reach Queensland depot by thursday.

          Once the second item reaches our Queensland depot, we will arrange for delivery.

          I got my wizard wand already but now one of the battery is faulty. They won't just replace the battery, but I have to bring the whole drone to the local JBhifi.

  • Surprised you guys haven't got yours, mine was shipped the next day.

    I can't believe how professional this thing looks. I just bought it to replace the ton of crappy RC Helis we've crashed and this thing is a serious bit of kit.

  • Receive the drone but I think it's a lot complicated than phantom. It's huge….

  • Would have bought this had I not ordered the Xplorer before seeing this. The Xplorer seems to be hit or miss when it comes to reliability.

  • Does anyone of your cardboard boxes has "ZERO MOVEMENT" written on it? mine does.

    I'm guessing it's because they could not even sell a single piece of these at the RRP which was $2000??? and then @ $1199 may be a couple, which is not worth it.

    But at $599, overwhelming package, and "Out of Stock"

    Moral of the story is, Brick and mortar stores should not be too greedy.

  • Collected mine today and my wizard wand box is empty even though it has JB inspection tape on it to seal it. This will be fun convincing JB that it was empty when I opened it :(

        On the plus side, I did take the drone for a quick low speed low altitude test run and it was super easy to get the hang of (considering I've never flown a drone before other than a $9 tiny one which I instantly crashed into my gutter). Super value too with all the included accessories and features.

      • The back and forth today:

        JB: I have been advised that your wand has actually been delivered to you on 11/07/2017, can you please confirm if this is correct?

        Me: Yes, as per my initial email, I received the delivery, but as per the photos I also emailed through, the box did not contain the wand (something that was impossible to tell until I accepted the delivery, opened the bag and opened the box the wand was supposed to be in, which I didn’t do until later that afternoon). The box only contained the associated accessories for the wand (such as the strap). The place where the wand was supposed to be inside the box was empty. I have attached the photos again showing the box with no wand.

        JB: Thanks for your reply. The Online Distribution Centre have advised that the wand was sent for your order on the same connote number. According to your tracking information, the wand was delivered successfully on 11/07/2017 separate to your first delivery. It was signed for by 'XXXX'. Can you please look into this and confirm?

        Me: That is correct. XXXX works in our front office and took delivery of the package that was supposed to contain the wand (a separate package to the drone). I then collected the package from our front office later that day unopened, and then opened the package later in the afteroon to discover the package contained the box for the wand but no wand.

        JB: Thanks for confirming that for me. I have passed this information on to the Online Distribution Centre and asked them to continue sourcing a replacement for you. If you require any further assistance in the meantime, please let me know.

        • Conclusion: Finally received the wand today. Got everyone to gather around before cutting the seals on the box and opened it to reveal… an actual wand not just an empty box!
