Sources? I had received the code couple of days before and I have received the email at 4:01pm regarding their flash sale with the subject line "FLASH SALE: 40% OFF EVERYTHING STARTS NOW!". Hope you got the point.

        • +4

I even did not look at that deal as I have received the email. And that deal is just 40% of flash sale. I have included the 20% off coupon code which made the price more less. Hope it does make sense.

Their website is practically unusable, just to add to cart and try to add the coupon code.

Edit: finally got it to work. Site seems to work much better with uBlock origin disabled. Good price!

  • +6

Sorry if its too late but also don't forget to get 5.6% cashback using cashrewards.

    • +1

can add click and collect to save 10$ shipping fee too :))

      • Great find, Thabks! Was about to pay shipping.

        • +1

Sorry but how do you get click and collect? It's only giving me StarTrack express or eparcel options.

        • +1

@juzz0: continue on with the checkout. the option for click and collect comes up just before you pay

        • +1

          @juzz0:

Click and collect only appears after going to checkout and only on the full website (not mobile)

        • @edrift: Yeah I figured I upvoted cpho because I tried on the full website and that is the case. Unfortunately it won't let me pay with paypal because block ups are blocked. I've turned off all ad-blockers gone to my advanced browser settings on each browser and it won't let me do it :(

Edit: Some reason it worked when I downloaded firefox but not on safari or chrome.

  • Thanks OP! Bought a pair

  • Thanks Op. Got 3 pairs of shoes. A Sage, a Blaine and a Joey for $91.17. Bargain! down from $360

Had to create an Account to get the REACCT15A code to work.

    • Fyi
The Blaine are not leather. It says it's PU.

      • +1

        Fabric is PU. Leather upper?

        • +1

          Nahi think it's a mistake.

If you read the description for the sage shoes they emphasize genuine leather inside and out and fabric says leather

  • Thanks OP. Got One!

Just wanted to say these are the worse quality shoes I've ever met. They pretty much fall apart within 6 months

    • Yeah I have heard that about YD. shoes but the price was right. Still didn't get them as the heel not being black means I can't wear them at work :/

      • can't wear them at work

        Where?

        • Perhaps "wouldn't" wear them. Given I work in a client facing role.

        • +1

          @serpserpserp:

Mind if I ask what sort of client facing role? They seem fairly appropriate (that said it's hard to tell how contrasting off a photo).

        • +1

          @blighst:

With the client facing him, im guessing:) Shoes speak volumes about the person facing you, to throw them off i just wear thongs:)

        • +1

          @serpserpserp:

Do your client care more about what you can do for them or the colour of your heels?

If you are a hotel concierge I take this back.

    • most dress shoes won't last a year for me.
      even branded ones.

      • +5

        RM williams!

        • so many upvotes for this. buying throwaway shows every few months after daily wear for <$100 is a distant memory from before i bought my pair or RM's maybe… 5 years ago?

        • +3

@tromboc: Which did you buy? I go to their website and I don't see a single black dress shoe (can't wear boots to work)

        • @tromboc:

Do you need to resole them?

        • @Gimli:

I've had them resoled with genuine soles and heels for ~$120 I think from a cobbler up near Redcliffe.

        • @railspider:

black craftsman. I wear these in a very professional setting often with tuxedo or dinner suit (make sure i polish them up when I do), they are sold as a premium dress boot.

for example the prime minister often wears them to parliament (have a look next time) so i think your boss might have a thin argument :)

        • @tromboc: The Craftsman is a really nice boot, but some workplaces are unfortunately shoe-only. I see they do some brown brogues, surprised they wouldn’t also offer a plain black oxford.

        • -1

          @tromboc:

They wear them because they are an Australian icon of manufacturing and make them seem like one of the "people". Trust me, they are great gear and worth every penny but if they originated in New Zealand and say Oxford shoes were Australian born and bred, guess what they'd be wearing? :)

        • @railspider: Seriously? workplaces are petty enough to not only make you wear dress shoes, but make a differentiate between shoes and oxford boots which look effectively the same under pants? That's rough.

    • Mate what are you doing with the shoes? They're not designed for football.
I bought a pair which has gone 6 months with only scuffs on the toes

      • +1

probably wearing them every day. most dress shoes are not made to be worn often.

      • In my case, I walk to the traino and back home every day, but even if I didn't, I have to walk across town to get to my office.

    • totally agree, mine worn out in 5 months and i paid full price for it, not happy

    • came here to say this. Bought a pair, wore them once - they were great. Wore them a second time - fell apart.

  • +1

Hmmmm what's the return policy if the shoe is too small?

  • Thanks OP, purchased a pair.

  • Coupon worked at first but went to pay and failed. Now code not accepted.

    • Need to create an account for the code to work in checkout :)

      • +1

Yep done that. Now when logged in get the error message 'Coupon code can't be applied to this cart'.

        • It didn't work for me checking out with card, but with paypal it went through fine.

  • +1

Worked for me fine! Thank you OP! Shirts are good value!

  • Had to register to use the code. Worked well. Used C+C and then paypal.

  • Code worked for me prior to logging in. Once logged in to checkout discount was still apparent so all good.
On the phone I didn't have the option of click and collect however.
    Thanks OP

  • Thanks Op, ordered and selected Click and Collect!

  • Thanks OP. Didn't buy the shoes, but bought 3 coats instead. YD is one of the only places that actually sells coats small enough that they don't look like an oversized bag on me.

    • I have the same issue with clothing, what's your height if you don't mind me asking?

      • 183cm. Still have to wear the 2xs though.

        • Lucky you haha at least you don't have a problem with length!

    • +1

Check out Jack London. Better design albeit slightly more expensive. Fit is skinny to slim for guys with a smaller build.

Also, Roger David/RDX have stepped up their skinny/slim fit to cater for smaller guys too.

I personally would prefer to avoid yd and tarotrash.

    • -3

      lol manlets

  • won;t let you order if you are a guest… ahhh crap.

Joined and odered a couple of pairs plus a shirt and some other shoes..
    Thanks OP!

  • Is the quality decent ? Thinking of getting their William boot as well, tho it's $90

    • +5

Nah, you'd be better off using that 90$ to get some florshiem shoes

  • Great price! Bought a pair.

  • +1

    Shit code expired seems like

    • Just checked. Still works. You need to create an account to use it.

    • ye seems like it sigh

    • +1

also I think the code works only once per acc, I wanted to order another size and it didnt work so i made a new acc with new email and it worked.

      • Nup. Code worked with every order, I made several. Kept going back for more….

  • Thanks. had to create new account and it worked. the tick was to select paypal first for payment and then change delivery to click and collect so it does not change the item price.

  • Is the shoe size in US? Also wondering if the deal expires tomorrow? Thanks in advance

  • Seem only size 9, 10, 11 left.

    Is it US size?

    • I think it's AU size by default.

    • I snoozed I loozed

I'm size 10, it was available a few minutes ago, now gone :(

critical for every guy out there

Critical! It's why you don't get laid! Dress shoes fool, dress shoes!

  • Thanks OP, bought a mikey melton and cowley hoodie jackets. Hope they fit and look alright! Their returns policy seems pretty easy so thats a plus, also theres a parcel point right next to my house, perfect!

Make sure to use paypal if you want free returns!

Although paypal means you cant go to a store and exchange it (have to mail back for a refund).

    And use cashrewards ofc :)

Just missed out on the shoes in 12 though. Had it in my cart, but spent too long deciding!

  • sold out in 10s i think :( i took too long to order

    • Yeah ditto, I had it ready to go and got a txt message, came back and it was gone.

      • Was that text message worth it? ;)

        • +1

Depends how you look at it, they did save me $33.59 I guess :P

But I did want these shoes, I'll throw my old shoes at them George Bush style next time I see em!

  • All gone

  • Price now $70 & down to $56 after code. Size 7.

    • thats a tad cheeky - usually the obscure sizes get cheaper not more expensive :s

  • These cheap shoes are complete waste of money and false bargain.
Get a quality handmade shoes (ie. Loakes, Barker, Church's, Alden, Crockett & Jones etc) and they will last years.
Even entry level stuff from these brands will fare much better than these nasty cheapies over long run.
I've been wearing mine for 4-5 years and they still look brand new after one quick polish.
In comparison, a cheap $100 shoes from David Jones fell apart in 12 months.
$30-40 is just about the correct price for these. As if anyone will pay $160 for a pair of shoes from yd. lol

    • I good hand made shoe will set you back +$300 easily on the cheap end. Some people just don't have the outlay for these.

  • Has any one had there order shipped yet??

    • I just got a refund! No email nothing, just a paypal refund.

  • Just got a refund also, guessing no shoes :/ fkrs

  • I managed to click and collect successfully.

    • I also.
