Yep, $75 would cover bugger all given the fees these types of companies charge.
That might cover the kickback to the property manager from the trade involved.
On their site, they offer an accumulative 1% credit back for the capital and repair works. That could be worth a couple of hundred over a year. From their Ts&Cs, it can be aggregated across properties plus only expires when you terminate the agreement with them.
Still, there are a few gotchyas to consider
You'd be crazy to change property managers just for this small discount, pointless really.
Also this is an incomparable deal, as we don't know what their tradesmen will charge.
Merchants & Store Representative
Merchants should note that small reductions, excessive conditions, and other costs related to the deal will NOT be well received. Users will likely vote negative for your deals which in turn leads to performance based store bans.
Some things just don't belong on Ozbargain.
If it's 10KM of Chatswood, that's a pretty small area to cover. Probably best to put this into newsprint as opposed to a bargain site that everyone in Australia sees..
But owning a property within 10km of Chatswood doesn't mean you live there

Helps if you indicate what area you service, given we live in a pretty large country and you're not a big business…
Also, $75 towards tradies (that you organise I imagine, at inflated rates, like all PMCs), would not even cover the call out fee, let alone the first hour of work…
