Was just checking this out after signing up for the $5 Credit Zoupon deal

They sell individual Hoyts/Village tickets for $10.50 but I can't see if there any restrictions to them. The 5% off Coles and Woolworths looks good.

Also, bit strange, the registration email came from [email protected] instead of Infinite Rewards.

    • That is a bit strange, I say get the $5 credit and run. ;)

    • bit dodge i subscribed via the $5 credit coupon link and now the confirmation link says user doesnt exits. hmmm

Oh yeah, I had that issue too. Go to forgot password and put the member number in that you got emailed. Then use that password that is sent to you to login.

Obviously, someone over there hasn't done proper testing.

        • lols ,thanks that worked.

    • I got it from [email protected]

Can you please give a link for the Coles and Woolworths offer. I can't find it.

The registrant contact for infiniterewards.com.au is
Scott Stavretis (Group Executive Manager Dodo Australia)

      • Just about to ask the same thing! It is listed on the main page when you log out but can't find it within the site!

    • Got the registration email from [email protected] too.

By the way, where did you find the 5% off Coles and Woolies offer?

  • $30 for Village Gold Class tickets is a good price. The cheapest is $32 from Spendless.

  • I suspect Coles/Wish gift cards are not available through Zoupon's corporate arrangement with Infinite Rewards. A search on coles returns "Your Corporate does not have access to this Lifestyle Category". Same message when you try to directly bring up certain category links not listed in the left-hand menu.

    • we've had some teething problems, but we've resolved the obvious ones. the gift cards weren't hidden on purpose, just weren't shown in the first place. It should be all good and discounts to Coles, Woolie, Big W and much more are available now.

You've got worse teething problems today at checkout:

        • delivery is free for standard or registered postage
        • credit card surcharge is free
        • selecting standard or reg'd postage shows a pick up message

        • using Poli to save on the CC surcharge is unavailable for users who use a Credit Union

Suggestion: implement PayPal as an additional payment method

and worst of all, when I phoned and reported these issues 5 minutes ago, the customer service rep, while friendly, didn't inspire me that the issues were going to be reported and made no effort to get my contact details to get back to me when or if the technical issues were resolved.

    • There's no coles/woolies giftcards for me. All I have are movie vouchers.

I suspect this could be filtered by state.

      • No Giftcards for me either, there isn't a Giftcard tab at all :(

The Giftcards are advertised in the confirmation email link though.

        • go to the link
          http://zoupon.infiniterewards.com.au/Home/MarketPlace.aspx
Above "Village Cinema Adult ticket" you should see
"Cinema Tickets, Gift Cards, Theme Park…"

          • @amkssg: Thank you. It does show when I use that link but not when I log in using the OP link.

            • +2

              @7Alice7: No problems :)

Actually, it does show in the OP, just that it's very lengthy process to get there.

Click "Cinema tickets" on the side bar,
then select any of the movie tickets avaliable (eg. Village)
Then, on the new page there should be a "Click here to save" in the description.
That will lead you to the above link.

(I suspect that the site is intentionally made not to be user friendly)

              • @amkssg: Wow, thanks so much, I would never have worked it out by myself. I'm going to have to print your instructions out so that I remember how to get there :)

              • @amkssg: Ah ha thanks! That does work but I wonder if it is a glitch because when you search for coles/woolworths it says that is not available to this subscription

                • @roadtrip24: I just bought a woolworths card and it went through ok :)

      • Yeah me too. There are definitely no Coles/ Woolworths cards but cinema tickets are there.

  • I only interested in 5% off Woolworths, can someone confirm if it is available? And with free delivery?

    • Yes you can get the Coles/Woolies Gift Cards @ 5% off (they even have a $500 one for $475)
      Here are the postage options:

Standard Post — You will incur a postage fee of $0.55
Registered Post — You will incur a postage fee of $4.00
Pick up from Head Office - You will pick up the purchased items from Level 14 / 600 St Kilda Road Melbourne VIC 2004

  • It's frustrating that there's no Terms & Conditions or descriptions (expiry etc.) for any tickets/gift cards
But yeah to get the membership for FREE… +1 from me

  • I'd be wary of this. I bought a $500 Coles giftcard - they charged me $16.76 as a 'Credit Card Surcharge' which was NOT on the confirmation screen, only in a PDF invoice. In fact, when I put my card details into the website it said "0.0 surcharge".

    • Did you complain to them. It may just be a glitch in the system and they may reverse it for you.

      • I sure did. Hopefully it is a glitch.

      • It's not a glitch. It does tell you that there is a credit card surcharge when you check out. (It's 1.5% for NAB, don't know about other banks).

If you key in your credit card details and scroll up, the amount would update itself.

(I paid by POLi, and there wasn't any surcharge)

        • +1

          So looking at Toyins purchase of a $500 gift card @ 5% discount = $475 + $16.76 CC Surcharge + $4 registered post = $495.76. A grand saving of $4.24

  • and while you are at safeway get a free movie too from oovie. Now that's a double deal all in one store. :D

  • if you have a bankwest credit card via their rewards me site http://www.bankwestrewardme.com.au you can now buy a wish and coles gift card at A 5% discount. i wonder if they too charge a surcharge ? however they DO charge $1 standard and $5 registered for delivery.

  • Received my woolworths card today. Very impressed with the fast delivery, only 3 business days.

    Thanks again Melbournian :)

    • Alice, how much did you cost you total?

      • I bought a $100 WISH card for $95.55 (.55 postage). Used the POLi method to pay through my Credit Union and avoid CC fees, never heard of POLi b4 but it worked great.

        • Sounds like a good price. So is POLi is essential a bank transfer done by a 3rd party?

          • @neil: I remember that at the 'point of paying' the POLi option asked me to choose my bank/credit union from a list they provided. I was then taken directly to my credit union log in. From there, I was guided all the way to enable a transfer of funds to Infinite Rewards.

The great part (which was also a bit scary for me) was that all the account details, amount etc were already automatically filled in and there was very little I had to actually do other than hit the 'OK' buttons. I keep a separate account with a minimal amount of money in it to use for internet purchases, that way I feel OK about playing with new ideas and learning without feeling overly concerned about being scammed.

    • I collected mine on monday. Ordered on saturday. It wasn't even 1 business day.
