  Bought 5 or 6 of the bottle openers last year in store along with some $1 stubby holders, the openers are tough as nails!

  These guys a great! I ordered a couple of 50c keyrings for pickup. The store called me up within an hour saying that they're out of stock but will organise for another shop to post it to me free of charge. They sent the item via courier (eParcel) which arrived today. I'm sure it cost them more than the $1 I paid for the lot. To be honest I would have happily told them not to worry about it as it was more of an impulse junk buy but to their credit they did the right thing.
