      I agreed with you before but then I bought one, lets just say I fell in love haha, makes my hair a lot smoother than the usual VS, Remington, etc and my hair is really thick.

      There's a massive difference between a GHD and a cheap straightener. Think about it like…having to iron a piece of clothing 10 times to get it straight and then risking scorching/burning it…VS ironing lightly over it once and having it turn out perfect.

    OMG i just got one!!!!!! (GHD) Can't believe it - I have never had any luck with these COTD hourly deals before.

    And, given that they sell for up to $150 second hand on ebay … and their usual price new is $300 + ….I'm VERY happy right now :D

    I kind of had the pages half loaded, with the relevant buttons (eg "Bite Me" and "Paypal") and just clicked on these buttons without waiting for the rest of the page (ie pics, more text etc) to load. Er..hopefully that will be of some use to someone in the future!

    I don't understand how people are buying ANY of the good stuff, even if you get too the page where you hit "bite me" and thats a big IF you got no chance of actually getting to the checkout without page cannot be displayed errors or the "geez whats happend here page"

    I managed to get the site to load a minute ago, 14 mins into this deal, after trying my dodgy wireless modem which is a 1/3 of the speed of my adsl.

    Seems only certain ISP's are able to access the site when it is exceptionally busy. With TPG (Syd) for instance, it is simply impossible to get the page to load until about 10 past the hour.

    What a $&#&%(ing joke - got the PS3 in my cart within a second or two of it appearing, and then it wouldn't load - kept asking me to log on while i was already logged on, then the shopping cart wouldn't continue to the payment screen. Should have expected it, useless #@$@Sards.
