Free $20 eVoucher for Rebel Sports (No Minimum Spend)

2560

sign up for Rebel Season Pass, their loyalty programme and receive a $20 e-coupon to use in store or online. Also offers preferred pricing, exclusive offers, VIP shopping nights, etc.

Now it mention on the website about getting the $20 but once you have signed up and activates the account by going to your email you instantly get $20 credited to your account.

I have tried it. There is no minimum to spend. Applies to sale items as well.

Doesn't apply to shipping or giftcards though. Shame. Shipping is $10 to Sydney when i checked.

  • Just a heads up!, u don't need to wait for your card to arrive to use your $20 instore, just go there with your ID and they look it up in the system for u!, woo free tennis balls

    • I tried doing this on the day it came out. ie. Signed up during the day and went to the shop that night. They said I couldn't use it until I had my card.

I would say that the level of staff training would be a big factor on whether they let you do it or not!

      • yeah I suppose its quite a hit and miss at the moment, because the program was only launched last week and its a completely new way of doing things for the staff, so as customers, all everyone can do for now is be patient as the staff become more used to how things work with the new program

        • I signed up online yesterady and then went into the store - they looked up my details and gave me card and discount immediately…and the $40 thing I bought scanned as $20, so got it for free. Good deal all round!

          • @slow: how did u get 40 off. I m lost.

            • @Ishadeon: the 40 dollar item scanned as 20 bucks at the register. So you need to pay the 20 bucks, which was done using the season pass credit.

  • does it work at rebel clearance factory outlets? also what do u need to show them if you havnt received the card yet?

    • not too sure about the clearance factory outlets, but all you need to show them is some form of ID (sometimes they might even just ask you for your name)

    • You can use it at the Waikiki Clearance store in WA. So I would assume it would be the same in the other clearance stores.

    • i went into the clearance store in Auburn NSW and the salesperson knew about the voucher but said they didn't honour it at factory outlet/clearance stores - only the normal retail stores.

She was pretty snappy so I didn't bother arguing about it.

  • Can you use it on items totally $20 or can it only be on one item up to $20?? Anyone know?

    • you can use it on ANYTHING you want. It can be more or less than $20, but if you chose something less than $20, you'll get the item for free, but you can't keep the remaining credit, so you might as well spend the whole $20

      • uhh im still confused. so can u buy multiple items in one transaction totalling $20 and get it discounted? or on just one item?

        • Yes, I'm wondering the same thing - as I'm planning on buying 3 things that total $20

          • +1

@CryssieJade: sorry my explanation was a bit confusing, yes you can buy multiple items totalling to $20

  • It is bargain. :)

  • Anyone received the card in mail as yet?

  • Not yet, signed up on day deal was posted I think.

Not signing up online as their webpage isn't secure.

    • give fake details with real address

  • anyone received the card?

Bloody lame as hell, bought two singlets with the 20$, turned up in post yesterday, one singlet and at that, one SMALL singlet (i ordered two large). Rang up help desk = no answer, Emailed = No answer. Paid the 10$ in shipping for a singlet i cant fit an arm into.

    • at least it was free :P

  • Still haven't gotten my card.

  • same

    • same. Rebel: where's me card?!

      • Just go into the store, tell them you signed up online but haven't received the card. They will give you a card on the spot that matches up with the details you signed up for online. You are able to spend the $20 on the spot.

        • Thanks for the information.

Do you have to spend the whole $20 at one go? Will they keep track of the credit balance?

          • @browser: No, you can spend what you like and the credit will be there for next time. Bought two containers of tennis balls for $16, so have $4 for next time.

  • seems like nobody has received anything!

  • Nope, no card yet!

  • No card here either. I might try in store tomorrow (Melbourne CBD).

Edit: Received in the mail today 21/10/10

  • I signed up today in store and confirm received my card immediately..

  • I just received my card in the post today.

  • Yep, exactly the same way Amart did it.

  • Signed up yesterday, went to Rebel to buy some stuff today and they issued the card on the spot. I was told I have to use the $20 credit in one go or the balance will be forfeited so I bought useless stuff to make up $20.

  • Can you use this with a standard gift card?

  • Has anyone ever received this card yet? I don't mean an email, i mean the card that you can use instore?

    • Yes took 3 weeks I think, but it's not necessary as you will need to go in store anyway where they can issue you a card.

  • Received my card, thanks OP. :)

  • If i want to sign up in store do i need to bring ID?
