Free $20 eVoucher for Rebel Sports (No Minimum Spend)

2560

sign up for Rebel Season Pass, their loyalty programme and receive a $20 e-coupon to use in store or online. Also offers preferred pricing, exclusive offers, VIP shopping nights, etc.

Now it mention on the website about getting the $20 but once you have signed up and activates the account by going to your email you instantly get $20 credited to your account.

I have tried it. There is no minimum to spend. Applies to sale items as well.

Doesn't apply to shipping or giftcards though. Shame. Shipping is $10 to Sydney when i checked.

    • +2

  • works here!

Does this link for the image work without logging in?

    http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4129/5037331217_f0b2c7b27c.jp…

You have to wait for the card then spend it instore

    • +1

Yeah mate that works , thanks

  • Yeah. worked for me.

  • +1

i think you can redeem this instore. Just wait for your card.

"You’ll also receive the $20 voucher credited to your account. It’s valid for 3 months on any purchase in-store or online at rebelseasonpass.com.au!”

but, where to check the credit? i'm lost…

    • +1

The credit is added to your card, which they will mail to you. Not sure if you can quote your details in store to use it before the card arrives or not.

  • Nintendo Wii + Wii Sports $179.00 (+ $16.00 shipping) w/voucher worth getting? or are they expected to come down when the Kinect comes out?

    • wow they sell wii's at rebel now?!

  • +3

remember you can do the same thing at AMart All Sports (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/29823), so you can get $40 worth of stuff for free. great if you have store/s close by :)

    • I checked AMart sport website - honestly most items are overpriced! So it is NO-NO for me!

  • this is AWESOME thankyou

  • thanks for posting:)

  • Is it just me or is registration not working?

I plug in my email address and make a password, but then it just returns me to the rebelsports site, and I don't recieve anything in the email and can't log in?

    • happened to me,then i tried the second time, clicked on create login button, then it went to the registration page.

  • It's $10 shipping on each item by the way.

  • +1

  • awesome,

so just wait for card to arrive and we can use it instore

  • It doesn't include shipping, so you have to pay $10

  • with no minimum spend, does that mean if i choose a $20 item, i will get it for free?

  • +1

will the 20$ coupon apply for instore items? or is it only available online?

    • both instore and online, but remember there's $10 postage online so might as well go instore

  • +2

    Thanks to the OP.

If you go to the rebelsports search in the top left and type in for example S (as most listings will contain the letter S somewhere) then refine the search by price ($10-$20) you will get about 62 pages of listing with items between $10 and $20 bucks.

    Happy shopping.

  • GUys i know its not really worth it if you buy online and like someone mentioned earlier pay $10 shipping per item. I'd wait till i get my card and then head instore. It works.

    • I really want to use it today or tomorrow. Has anyone tried using in store without card???

  • +1

nice.. ! 1 per household or what??.

    • nope, one card per person which means each person who signs up gets a $20 credited to their card, but you can't combine the credits

  • Thanks nice find.

  • +1

Site taking a hit from this post!
    It is going 'Slow As'
Haven't been able to sign up even after spending 20 mins.
    Well Done Ozbargainers!

  • Site down, well-done.

    • Site up! Woo I'm on the team.

PS - " It's valid for 3 months on any purchase in-store or online "

  • Got through… eventually, nice find, thanks!

  • Tried it 5 times - Service Unavailable. Will try again later.

Edit - Tried it this morning. Success. +1 from me.

  • Good deal, especially if the full $20 can be redeemed instore. I might buy some light weights.

  • "Order Summary
    Items: $9.08
    GST: $0.90
    Loyalty Discount : Save $20.00
    Shipping: $10.00
    Order Total $15.00"

it must be $20 off one item only, and no discounts on the shipping as thao18 said.

  • +1

awesome, thanks ! (is Amart and Rebel the same company? or Rebel just jumping on the band wagon!!)

    • yep Amart and Rebel are owned by the same company

  • Can I sign me and my hubby up or is it one per household??

    • One card per person and not household as per T&C. You must have valid email address and mobile phone.

  • I didn't get the activation email. Did all of your get it instantly?

    • I got my activation email instantly

      • Cheers mate, I got it all sorted out.

Guys if you're having trouble, you can call 1300 570 106 for assistance. Apparently there will be someone there until 11pm tonight.

    • Check email in junk or spam folder.

  • It WORKS, thanks a lot, love it :D

  • done. do we get an actual physical card (ie to use instore) or do we have to remember some member number?

    • Must flash the card to the store every time! But you can try and memorise the member number if your brain is well smart.

      • +1

they can also just search up your name on the system if you happen to forget your card at home

  • need help here: i have done everything. havent got y activation email yet.

  • What should we buy? Any ideas? :P

    Best so far:
AoK Stress Ball - Green - No Size $9.99*2 $19.98
    - $20 voucher
    + $10 shipping to Sydney
    Total: $10

$10 for two stress balls delivered is good, but it's not great!

Got one from Fountain Gate (VIC) yesterday.

Bought Albion Club MKII helmet (Cricket helmet) for $50.00.
    Originally price is $89.99 ;
    Flash your card once - $19.99 off the original price so that's $70.00 ;
    Use e-voucher ($20.00)as well so that's $50.00.

    Awesome.

  • Bought a few singlets, bargain.

Just for those who are a bit confused, just to clarify a few things:

    1. 1 card per person (not per household)

    2. $20 e-voucher is credited onto the card and is not a physical voucher that you have to print out

    3. You cannot split the credit up eg. if you decide to only spend $10 on socks, you can't 'save' the remaining $10 for next time

    4. The loyalty program will allow you to buy different items in store at members prices eg. Asics 2150 normally $209.99, but currently $159.99 for members. The items will change monthly

    5. Bring your card each time you purchase something at Rebel because you go into the draw to win different prizes eg. currently skins is giving away a share of $15,000

    6. If you sign up in store, you get the card INSTANTLY but will have to wait until your next transaction to be able to use your $20 e-voucher (signing up in store at the register should only tak 30 seconds because they just ask for Name, Mobile number and email address)

Feel free to ask any other questions :)

    • +2

      ALso just to add

      1. The $20 e-voucher is not considered 'cash' by any means. It is deemed a discount voucher (eg. like the 30% off coupons from Borders), which means that if you purchase a shoe worth $100, but you pay $80, if you decide to return it, you will only get your $80 back and NOT the $20 (so it will not be credited back to your account or given as physical cash). So basically, once you use the e-coupon, there is no way of getting it back
    • Tried that today instore but you need to go home and activate it through your email still.

  • how did bedrock_101 get $19.99 off the original price just by flashing the card?

was that part of the loyalty program thing at members prices?

  • Is this US dollars or Aussie (Australian) dollars?

    • Aussie :)

    • +5

haha i like the fact that you said aussie, then put Australian in brackets. just in case we weren't sure. avary naaaice

  • awesome find cos of the no minimum spend. just tried it instore this evening. you can sign up online or instore and you don't even need to wait for them to send you the card (you just grab one instore and they activate it then are there. they just look up your details instore. a true bargain.

  • oh damn this is awesome.

just to follow up on spaceangelz post above…

so the $20 is put on the card they send you in the mail? If I don't want to print anything and want to buy instore, I have to wait for the card to arrive in the mail?

    • u can just go to the store and tell the staff you signed up online+give them ur name and they will hand you the card instead of waiting for the mail.

      • I am also curious, if i signed up online is there a way to use the credit in store? It mentions that you can use it in store, but then only tells you how to use it for online purchases. :?

        • yep you can use the credit in store, but you'll just have to wait for the card to arrive at your house first :)

    • If you have signed up online, you will have to wait for the card to come in the mail, but it should only take a few days, and yes the card will have the $20 credited on it for you. And no, you do not need to print anything out :)

  • "1.6 Member discounts only apply to full-priced items sold by Rebel Sport and are not available in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise specified."

I was planning on using it for discounted footy gear once the season finished, but looks like I can't.

    • You can use the $20 e-voucher even on discounted items, what they are referring to is the Members only prices which they offer monthly (which mean they only give members exclusive prices on those items which are currently full price)

  • Can wait to get my card. This will be great for buying wii. It will work out to be $180.

    • +1

  • great deals this and the amart one. wish i could sign up though, their webiste keeps crashing haha. the power of OzBargain

  • "Available promotions and coupons:
No coupons available at this time"

    :( I'm a sad panda

    • As a welcome gift, we've credited your account with a $20 reward*. You can spend it online or in-store, it's up to you.

      I've gotten it.

    • I got the same. I too am a sad panda.

      • +2

No longer a sad panda. I didn't read the email properly.
        Silly me.

  • Can I use 2 e-vouchers in 1 transaction? Say both my partner and I have 1 card each. I am buying a $40 item. Can I use both cards and get $40 off the price and pay nothing?

    • I don't think so. People might sign up their entire family and then head down there with multiple cards.

    • Nope you can only use 1 voucher per transaction

  • The site is a bit slow this morning, it took multiple attempts to register but all good now. Thanks spaceangelz

    • Yeah I noticed last night.
When I tried to register it took me to a bunch of treadmills, I had to try a couple of times before it took me to the name/address entry field page.

  • +1

i already an account with them, i just joined the season pass and got credited the $20 promotion. :D

but will it come also via as a card to my house??

    • yes a card should come to your house in a few days with $20 credited onto it, you can use it online or instore

  • +3

Should not buy this Runners if you are a member http://www.rebelsport.com.au/ecom/rebel/product_detail.aspx?…

    • Impressive bargain you found there. Might warrant its own post! :-P

    • This is hilarious. Sucks to be a member sometimes.

    • LOL!

  • I heard rebel is stopping those 5% discount from RACQ and the like, in place for this, is that true?

    • yes that is true, but the discounts you will get from the members prices will far surpass a 5% discount, and generally if you ask a salesperson for a discount, they are likely to give you 5% off anyway!
