      I would stay away from them, not great. I find the sub $10 wines are really substandard, you tend to get what you pay for, not bad for using in cooking I guess but not for drinking, especially with friends etc, sweet spot for very good value for money wine is between $15-20 a bottle, stick to that space in my opinion.

    Was tossing up between the Pyrus or the Grey Label Shiraz, but the Wolfblass is out of stock now.
    This will make some extremely fine Xmas presents at about half regular retail. Great deal.
    EDIT: and note the Mount Pleasant is the "Home" Paddock, not the premium "High" Paddock, although the labels look almost identical. I think that is a bit shifty.

      Yes, made that mistake with the Mt Pleasant Home Paddock, thought for a minute that I had paid way to much for the High Paddock wine I have put away for a special occasion.

      The Home Paddock is a very good Hunter wine for the money, 2014 was an excellent vintage there. I purchased some a while back and had doubts about it being a "made for woolies" wine, but at this price it's fantastic value. I still have six bottles left but am thinking I should grab some more.
