    i tried again a few times, changing from delivery to c&c, removing products/adding again, eventually got an instance without error and checked out with Stoneyfell, took a screenshot of order confirmation afterwards on page. as with others Stoneyfell isn't in the email confirmation, will follow up tomorrow.

    Be careful guys! When I first posted the deal, the free case definitely showed up on the invoice & check out page. I'm not sure what's going on now, maybe they ran out of stock? or the offer went too far? Anyway, please buy with caution.

      They are owned by Woolies, surely their reputation is worth more than a few cases of wine. I'd say you'll be fine as long as you have the proper invoice or confirmation email.

    I guess when they came up with this great special to attract new customers they were not expecting these sorts of errors.

    Its backfired for them at the moment seeing as if they don't fix this for people we will all assume they are masters of none which incidentally is an excellent show to watch instead of searching for wine deals.

    I just able add them to cart and successfully paid. and the confirmation email shows the free case as well.
    Here is how i did it…the reason it can't check out is the amount column of the free one can't show up.
    so I find the wine from the catalogue, and search them all on home page include the free case and add them to cart manually. it works in that way..hope it could help.

    This deal appears to be back on and working now. However many wines are out of stock so the $99 range no longer available.

    I just got two cases and the bonus case was instead Tim Adams Scobie Road Single Vineyard Shiraz 2015. Cashrewards code worked alongside this deal. $140 odd for 3 cases of wine, C&C.

    Not quite as cheap as yesterday, but still about $4 a pop.

    Ordered just then - invoice shows "b2g1f back up STONYFELL" so my guess is that people who have ordered should get a free case of wine, it just may not be Stonyfell. When they run out of the current freebie, they'll probably switch to another.

    Ordered last night but the free carton didn't show on the invoice. Rang this morning to query and the customer service guy had to add it as a separate order. So, if your invoice doesn't show the free carton then I recommend contacting them.

    Guys, i have the same problem. Bought into the deal last night, many attempts with "error, contact CM" but finally my order went through, order summary showed 2 cases with stonyfell free case. Checked delivery this am, the free case is gone.

    Phoned CM, got told I cannot use the voucher together with the buy 2 get 1 free deal. Told him no happy about it, its misleading marketing, asked him to get his supervisor. After 10 mins waiting, I get my free case but it wont be stonyfell, as all sold out.

    Someone in their IT might get spanked. I get my 36 bottles for 100 so really can't complaint more.

      Their system was so messed up this morning, my order somehow included both the Stonyfell and Tim Adams free of charge! Called them and they were just as confused, I'll be getting a callback Monday to see what happens with this order.

        Cellarmasters are awesome. I picked up my 2 cases today as well as my 2 cases of free wine (not sure why I ended up with 2 free cases in my cart but I did!). I was fully expecting them to give me only one of the free cases & was ready with my screenshot but I got 2 free cases. After discount & paying with wish cards it worked out to be a 76% discount on their prices. I think this goes down as the best wine deal ever! Thanks for posting OP!

    The order confirmation I got sent by email shows each of the 2 cases I ordered (qty 1 each) and 1 qty for the free case.

    The order according to the website shows 1 qty for each of the purchased cases, but whilst it shows the free case, it says qty is 0. Is this the same for anyone else? It is still being picked apparently.

          The rep I spoke to implied they were not expecting this (stack the two promotions for nearly 75% off), but they are processing the orders as usual, and progressively shipping them out.

    I didn't have the free case show up in my cart by the time I got an order to go through yesterday, but I emailed and they said it would still be sent (the Stonyfell), but in a seperate shipment.

    I bought 2x 24 bottles of Henkle Trocken piccolo's for about $140 plus the free case.
