I would assume they mean go to Coles express, buy Coles gift card with amex deal. Then go to Coles and buy iTunes gift card
I think the op means stacking by buying gift cards then buying the iTunes card in Coles. But don't see it in the Coles catalogue?

Last time I was in WA all the supermarkets closed at like 6pm, is that still the case ?
Nah, they close at 9pm on weekdays. It's just weekends they close at 5/6pm.
Last time, the other states followed either a week or two weeks later.
Also note the pattern where there is a drought, then a sale that rotates through a few retailers, then a short gap followed by a higher discount sale.
