  • What Amex deal? Link?? Thanks

  • Do you mean Coles Express?

  • Only WA, better than the usual 15%

  • Please provide further information about this "deal"

I do not see it in the catalog and if it were in the catalog it clearly states

Promotional prices not available at Coles Express (unless otherwise indicated) or Coles Melbourne CBD.

Therefore cannot use with the AMEX deal as that is for Coles Express only.

I would assume they mean go to Coles express, buy Coles gift card with amex deal. Then go to Coles and buy iTunes gift card

  • I think the op means stacking by buying gift cards then buying the iTunes card in Coles. But don't see it in the Coles catalogue?

  • +1

Wow 12 + votes and the deal is not even confirmed / no proof provided.

    OP, please update your post.

Looks like it is in WA ONLY guys…

Should be handy for WA. I hear they finally got iPods.

    • +3

Still waiting for our electricity, though. Our single-charge iPods are expensive to use!

Last time I was in WA all the supermarkets closed at like 6pm, is that still the case ?

    • +1

Nah, they close at 9pm on weekdays. It's just weekends they close at 5/6pm.

Last time, the other states followed either a week or two weeks later.

Also note the pattern where there is a drought, then a sale that rotates through a few retailers, then a short gap followed by a higher discount sale.

    • Thanks, that sounds a bit Loopy, Lou

but I think you're on to something!

time for OW price beat everyone!

    • If only they pricematch this offer nationwide

This stayed up a while without the WA warning. OZ Bargains standards are slipping.

  • Got excited then realised it was for WA only :(

Anyone misses the HN BOGOF deals?

    • +3

I'm sure it'll return next year… right when Amazon is on our doorstep & HN needs sales. :-p

For anyone desperate note that Big W and Officeworks still have 15% off; and I believe free delivery from Officeworks.

    • Yep, found out Officeworks have this nationwide, so ordered these yesterday (can confirm free postage also).

      • How did you get free postage form OW - I get asked for $5.95

        • Not sure - I ordered 2 x $100 ($170 after deifounr), maybe it was a minimum order value?

Where did all the 25% itunes card gone? I hardly see any this year in Ozb…

    • +1

30% off wasn't completely abnormal either.

I think FX and "real money" usage (Netflix) has impacted the ability to discount them :(

  • damn them, always excluding the $20 card

  • Can you pay for Netflix using the iTunes card?

  • Great timing for anyone who got a call from the Australian Tax Office to pay their tax bill.
