        Thanks OP.

        Just as a FYI, the barcode (for in store) and code "SURVEY20" (for purchasing online) on the voucher is not unique and you should be able to use it more than once until the expiry date (I think its one month from the issue date of the code).

        If you want to use it in store, you'll have to use the code in seperate transactions and it would be best to use it on different days or at different stores to reduce your chances of having the discount refused.

        Source - Compared my voucher to a friends one, exactly the same.

        There was suppose to be, but it didn't apply, you could also use it multiple times, so anything just over $20 was pretty much free.

          You couldn't apply the coupon multiple times to the same order, but say you wanted 10 pairs of socks that were $20.50
          You could put in 10 orders for 50 cents eachs.

    I have a feeling everything after the order W0429700 would have been cancelled. Such is my experience, anyway. 3 orders, 2 before 9700 were not cancelled, and the other which was 9705 was cancelled.

        Yeah I agree pretty poor form - have just been notified tonight that it will be refunded over the coming week (4 days after I placed my order) If you're going to cancel orders then don't delay giving me back MY money!!!

      They only refunded me after I emailed and complained…..never received goods/never received refund.

      I got the refund very shortly after complaining
