  • will johnnybargain come out to play?

If you've got a work email check if you have access to Microsoft Home Use Program

      https://www.microsofthup.com/hupau/home.aspx?utm_content=paiā€¦

Work doesn't always make you aware of these things but just got Office 2016 Pro for AUD $16.50 the other day.

      • +1

Used to be $15 plus international transaction fees (even though it says only AU$15 when you get it).

        • +1

Yer still says $15.00 but netflix tax I guess.

    • have you got it? did they email you confirming the key aswell?

  • I am still annoyed that I didn't get my FREE copy as my physical card (1080TI) did not arrive at my home until the day the offer expired on around 28 June this year. Needed the serial numbers etc to get the free Destiny 2 game.

    • I bought an evga from PLE because they were meant to be good … only to find when I got home and registered the card the free game with evga only applied if you bought it from them directly. :(
I'm guessing these guys got some of these left over keys somehow and are now flogging them off - hence why its card restricted.

  • I assume any 1080/1080ti will do as long as it is installed and GeForce Experience recognises it on your computer?

    • +1

Yeah, don't think it's linked to any particular brand. It worked on my EVGA one.

  • How does it recognise that you are a 1080/1080 Ti owner?

    • +1

      Through GeForce experience.

      • Great thanks!

Do you also know what the "Random Steam key for $0.95" that got automatically added to my cart is? Just an cross sell opportunity I imagine?

        • I suppose so but I wouldn't recommend getting it from these guys if you can get a cheaper key from eBay. I can spot one going for $40 AUD which you can probably stack coupons + cashrewards with.

  • +7

A bit cheaper on eBay: https://goo.gl/h7EPdd

You can usually get them less than $40 AUD when eBay coupons come along.

    • +1

Thank you kind sir!, I made an offer to this ebayer for EUR 24.99; all told came to $39 AUD. Everything is fine and code is redeemed and legit - happy camper!

  • nice.

Aren't gaming dragons a grey market key seller?

  • Good price, i paid nearly $70.

    • perks of getting the 1080 or 1080Ti

  • How does it work? Does it give you a battle.net key afterwards?

    • gives you a voucher to redeem in Geforce experience, which they will ask you to link your battle.net,
will only work if you have gtx 1080 or 1080ti

      • I'm wondering if I can get a mate who has a 1080 activate and link my battle.net. Sounds like it wouldn't check after it activates the copy on your battle.net account

        • yea i think thats ok

        • Did this with a friend except I logged into my nVidia Gefore Experience with his account and then redeemed.

  • (Payment Fee: $2.01)

    • yea thats why its $49

38 usd to aud is $47.66

  • But this doesn't include the expansion pass right? Will this actually work out to be cheaper?

  • Kinguin is $44.03

    WORKING 5% discount code: ADFKSADF93RFMKSD
    Cashrewards 3.2% discount

    Brings it to under $40

    • yea thats definitely cheaper even without any discounts.

      • They also have a payment fee (I purchased through Kinguin) but it still comes to under $42 all up.

        • I tried to make a new post and it says something about kinguin and banned not allowed to post anything from that site or something, im scared :D

        • @TheMoDz: geez this site can be strict some times. I've purchased from Kinguin several times with nil issues.

        • @Putnum: I think because kinguin is more of a marketplace from people and will be less legit

        • @TheMoDz:

You are allowed to post deals for Kinguin, only store reps are banned due to continual spam/sockpuppeting as the warning message states:

Store representatives for kinguin.net have been banned from posting deals

Please feel free to submit a deal for that store.
