Looking at the Xiaomi 4x deal clear has posted i need some help!

Will a deal like this come around again in a month or so for this price? Or better

How are other brands (letv, Bluboo, etc)

Also seems like no more free shipping ;(

And what about the shipping insurance? Worth it?

So many questions so many budget phone brands… anything with a better camera for a 20-30 more?

Own an s7 myself but would like to upgrade mum's ZTE 4G fitsmart (wish i spent more at the time)

    Pretty hard to beat that price…
    Only problem might be the screen size is too small or screen resolution too low? (unlikely for a Mum)

    I would recommend sticking with Xiaomi, or at a pinch Lenovo… and only the models that use a Qualcomm SoC. Ignore any of the Mediatek units.
    All the other brands launch a handset every 6 months and drop any/all support for the old ones.

    (ZTE could also be thrown in the mix, but you can get official ZTE's locally)

    Double (or more) the price, but still:
    Xiaomi Mi5 or Mi5S is super cheap and has a better camera.

      Cheers mate. Mums already dropped her phone several times the lenovo is great value and highly overkill for her. ( i would actually of bought one if not for a samsung s7)

      Wonder if the 4x will drop even further in 2 months or so.

        Probably a little, but Redmi's dont drop too much… there's not enough margin initially.Even a 20% drop on this is only like $30… certainly not worth worrying too much about.

          True. I saw a 4x note deal for 10 dollars more if its still there im going to pull the trigger…
