found in various stores around Melbourne :)

    More specific please ?

Not that I'm interested in VOSS as a water or even living in VIC. But you know, I'd like the quality of deals to be top notch.

    • is it close to best buy date ?

I like my water fresh ……

But at that price the 375 ml bottle would be nice to go with my large Voss bottle.
      Will check out Woolies.

Better still I can take it to meeting and open a real bottle instead of drinking from refills as my work colleagues do.

  • Is another sacred ozbargain currency under threat!?!?

    • +3

Xiaomi is the new currency after eneloop batteries

      • +3

Wouldn't mind funding a apocalyptic movie featuring a world which centers its trading around Eneloops, Xiaomi powerbanks and Voss Canisters.

        • +5

You've forgotten the most valuable commodity of all…the QC35!!!

      • Didn't the enloop pro market crash after Japanese antitrust laws said the cells have to be sold wholesale?

  • +6

More interested coconut water next to it XD

    • Oh God not here, after the day of the coconuts on reddit!

  • +8

Bought the 800ml on Sunday, it taste like tap water.

    • +30

Can I have the bottle when you're done?

      • +8

You're supposed to be WatchNerd. Not BottleNerd.

        • They are great for storing watches though

    • +1

      Nooooo really? I wouldn't have guessed :p

    • yes, Norwegian tap water.

  • +1

    Not available in Brisbane CBD.

    • -2

You could have just got it for free from a tap.

      • I want it for the bottle :)
is there a good bottle for $0.60 around?

        • Lol it's not a good bottle

    • +21

yeah, OP is shit. OP, why the (profanity) didn't you ring every woolworths in Australia to guarantee stock?!?!?

      • +4

Especially from a seasoned ozbargainer like to water..
        … It's disappointing

    • Bit harsh to expect info that isn't readily available to OP. Sure it would have helped OP to put the store

      • OP didn't even mention which stores he found them for $0.60.

  • +24

Unlike the rest of you, I have standards. I refuse to pay below $3. Voss should not be sold to urchins or the lower orders.

    • +11

Do you use 4-ply toilet paper too.

      • +11

        He's a bidet man

      • +1

Instead of linen? At Castle PJC the chambermaids know their duty.

  • I thought they changed to plastic bottles recently.

  • +2

This plus the ramen deal that was just posted would make a real bargain fleshlight.

The secret is to cook the noodles al dente

cnut… Are you responsible for the coconutting posts on reddit lately?

      • +1

        I know nothing…

      • …gross

  • Newspaper is free at the end of day as well.

Don't buy Toilet paper in your life anymore.

    According to my simple math:

    12 TP cost: $8/month
    8 x 12 = $96

I CAN BUY 2 CARTON OF XXXX! OR 3… 4…

    • -1

Ink poisen through your bum ROFL.

      • +1

Nah, hasn't been a problem for over 20 years (soy-based inks), which is good considering that's all the Murdock papers are good for. Reading them does more harm.

        • Hahaha so true though. My newspapers barely even get unwrapped anymore..

  • +1

where is this spend $50 get $10 back?

  • +1

Keen on the coconut water, other water I can get for free anytime.

  • +5

Only buy if you plan on reusing the bottle please. These aren't recycled

    http://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2017-08-07/recycling-companies…

    • +2

I wish more people across all industries had the balls to be whistleblowers (rather than yes-men). It's been said for years that glass and plastic recycling may not only be economically unviable but also environmentally damaging in other ways, especially when long-distance transportation is taken into account. Every experiment needs validation so we shouldn't jump the gun in either direction or make blanket assumptions. This may be true and there may be no guilt-free, workable solution but if society doesn't know there's a problem they can't work towards a solution.

It's a little personal since I've worked in organisations where stating the truth got you into trouble.

owww. my. god!!! …….. we're all idiots..

    • -1

      Stupid is as stupid does.

  • These things are usually kept on a high shelf and just asking to be dominoed.

They don't come in a shelf friendly box that holds them together. When one tips, they all tip, you get glass all over the floor and the you can watch the cleaners cry.

  • +1

I dropped one of these while checking out… it didn't go well.

    • voss 2.0

now with a rubber grip! (looks like any other bottle)

loses its wank factor and sales plummet.

  • eeww bottled still water. ill take a crab juice instead

  • I'd rather drink tap water. The bottle itself is worth it though. Handy for work

  • I think this was a pricing error. Its 60 cents discount in many other Melbourne stores

  • The bottle itself is worth more than a dollar. So this is a great deal. Water tastes nothing better than tap water though.

  • Awesome deal!! For just 60 cents you can have the official voss bottle and unlimited voss water refills. I'm so rich I got voss on tap at home lol :P

(But really, do they just fill the bottles up at woollies?)

  • In support of Australian Innovation and Malcoms' other oratorical motivators ….. a soda stream adapters for Voss bottles ….. refills with sparkling dignity …… is it hard to do Kickstarter campaign for a Voss to Soda Stream adapter ?
