160
PTECH20

Decent price, bit cheaper than previous deal posted BUT not as cheap as shopmonk BUT probably will arrive unlike roboguy.

I bought from this seller and it arrived within 2 weeks to Perth which I was happy with.

Good little unit. Plenty posted about it amongst ozbargain.

mine arrived today from the last deal. i installed the app, synced it and it downloaded a new firmware which enabled english voice pack. flawless machine so far. picked up so much off the floor. definitely worth it if you account for all the fights I've had with the missus arguing about who should vacuum.

These guys raised the price! I was looking at it this morning from their eBay shop and even placed it in my cart. It was $422.95 earlier (or something like that).

It's funny how 4 days ago this would have been a great deal, throw in 100 units for $299 as a promotion and everybody's expectations shift.

So very true, but now I will have to wait until its that price again.

      • You and me both, buddy!

    • It may take half a year to get the item.

Only one more vote before your unwarranted negative vote is removed.

    • Still quicker than Roboguy :D

  • Given this thing maps out your house, is it possible within the Mi Home app to point the Robot to which room to clean? Or do you have to physically carry the Robot to the room and then switch it on?

    • I have one. I haven't been able to use it like that.

It doesn't remember the house between cleans. It maps out the room again each clean. You can use the app to remotely control the robot, but that's not the same as what you're asking.

Yes, you have to physically move the robot to the room you want to clean and close doors or use magnetic tape to section it off.

    • was wondering about that at first place, but it definitely not that clever (for that money:)… if not carrying, you may only walk it around by using the remote functionality on the app :) I have uninstalled the app as I find no use of it after firmware update and English installed.
