    I stock up 6 months worth of supply of those Acuvue True Eye last normal in the promo here @ Ozbargain.

    Unfortunately, they are not suitable for me but I have to consume them first.

    Hopefully, our good friend here will bring us another awesome promo in the next few months

      Specsavers has a 3 month returns policy if the contact lenses don't suit you! I suspect it's not good for your eyes if the lenses don't fit well.

        Unfortunately, I only started using these stock 2 weeks ago, way over the 3 months.
        I will switch back Acuvue Daily Moist or similar once done with this True Eye stock.

    The 1 Day Acuvue Moist Daily Disposables 30 pack is cheaper at $26 each then the 90 pack at $79 by $1 ($26x3=$78). Anything that can be done to sweeten the deal on the 90 pack?

    Ah I was just looking into getting contacts again but I need to visit my optometrist first for a test.

    As someone who has only briefly used contacts in the past (1-2 months), what is the difference between all these contact brands?

    I got the cheapest pair (from specsavers) in the past and they were mostly fine just really hard to get on and off (sensitive eyes) and not as clear as my glasses but still pretty good.

        not sure why someone would neg me for suggesting something suitable for sensitive dry eyes?

    This feels like a good time to share that I originally was prescribed Easyvision Linarial but discovered the Easyvision "Magic" which are super small (the box is tiny) and is also a plastic (not paper) box. Each lense is in like a 1mm thick packaging its crazy. Great for travelling - especially since I kept getting the paper boxes wet in the bathrooms.

    Of course I can't say that these are suitable for you maybe check with your specsavers specialist but I really love them.

    This is stupid of me but for some reason, I can't find out how much I can claim on contact lenses! I'm with BUPA rn and I get around $240 for glasses etc in total a year.
    Would anyone else with BUPA know approximately how much I can claim!

    First time customer of the Great SS.

    Avoided them as much as HN because of the TV ads. (I avoid anything advertised because I am an anti-gruenoid, and I am not the only one!). It's a pity really, because SS have reasonable ads, and HN ads are so bad he and his whole organisation should have been rounded up for forced rendition years ago.

    Signed up for $150 worth of Accuvue Oasyss. This is a good deal.

    Can they make me a customer of my local store? Well now, we'll have to see…

    No complaints about the deal, just the service at my local SpecSavers store, it was such they called a few days to ago to apologize.

    Its amazing that the various locations can offer such different levels of service related to genuine eye care rather than a slick sales and marketing service.

    I still ordered online from SS (using the previous discount coupon) simply because they were the cheapest I could find online.

    Hmm.. this is why I needed more contact lenses. Made an order.. I'm sure I entered the code in, but when it came time to pay I didn't notice until I hit submit that it didn't include the discount :( On hold with live chat now in the hope it can be fixed.
