Probably the best consumer webcam on the market right now and way ahead of the other brands/competition

Next cheapest on staticice is $119.

Just grabbed one from Haymarket Bing Lee they had more than 5 left so I assume most stores would have them in stock.

I work in an area where we test / deploy web conferencing systems, so get to know a lot of whats out there.
If you want to sit on your couch for your next conference call, have a look at the Logitech MeetUp

wtf, i had a look, then saw the price, then fainted.

        • For business it's not a bad price at all. competitors such as Polycom and Cisco charge like 10 times this for their endpoints.

        • @mikeangelo: Exactly. Video Conferencing is slowly being phased out or used in fewer applications as web conferencing takes over.

So many software options, both free and paid nowdays.

    • What sort of bandwidth do you need to send/receive 4K with audio? I assume it's more than just streaming 4k Netflix?

      • I stream on twitch here and there and 1080p @ 60fps is around 3500 kbps ~ 26 megabytes per minute

      • Web conferencing software will compress the image unless both sites, even if high bandwidth is available. MPEG / H.264 compression is heavily used, the 4k assists in getting the best optics into the PC for digital zoom and other functions.

  • Anyone had any luck price matching Bing Lee in QLD? Currently around $170 at Harvey Norman and JB Hifi

    • $117 at harvey norman today. Or $118 everyday at umart. Or $113 ish on ebay with 20% code. Looks like no stock at Bing lee, so might be hard to price match.

  • I was just looking for a C922 or C920 deal last night. Anybody had luck finding anything available online? No Bing Lee around here and no online stock.

    • 930 is a newer model to consider.
