      Well in essence, the Early Bird is a special rate applied for meeting entry/exit conditions.

      Example
      Wintergarden Early Bird requires you to:
      Monday - Friday
      Enter Between 4:00 AM - 9:30 AM
      Exit Between 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
