        Sorted it but now I've checked two pairs of the girlfriends shoes, one pair is sized US7, one is US8.5!! Neither are New Balance.

          Mens US7 is about the same as Womens US8.5 - might be the reason?

          The sizing is becoming confusing. I used to wear Womens 8 1/2 but that half size became rare, so I buy a womens 9 now. To confuse matters when I went bowling I would hire size 6 (mens size). Rivers also use another size system; I use 39 in thst sizing! Hope that helps.

          Very confusing your girlfriend has shoes that are different sizes (US7 and US8.5). I think you would do best to ask her!

      Best to measure length of the feet and then check New Balance size charts for US sizes, widely available on internet.

      Same here. Seems a very outdated system if orders are cancelled for no stock when website says stock is there. Nuisance factor.

      Two pairs I ordered for son just a few days ago arrived by courier though.
