Logitech G603 HERO Sensor 1ms Wireless Mouse - $79.99 Delivered (Pre-Order) @ Mighty Ape

120

Seems like a great deal for the new Logitech G603 using the new HERO sensor.

Logitech claims that you’ll see the same performance out of HERO that you’d get from the much-loved PWM3366 sensor, but with much greater efficiency—like, 500 hours (around six months for most people) of intensive gaming on just two AAs.

Seems better to me than the G403 and G703 wireless which only have 30 hours battery life and are more expensive. Only sacrifice is no RGB.

Great to see the technology for long life battery with 1ms low latency, the G903 should of gone with this sensor!

Wow, 500 hours is really impressive.

    • It uses AA batteries it's not that impressive but good enough for me cuz I hate charging every 2days

I love my wireless, but recently went back to wired and love the feel of a 40gram mouse

  • Wow - this is impressive. Never been a big fan of wireless mice, but this could change my opinion.

Assume lack of RGB light(s) is simply because at the efficiency of this sensor the light would burn up a huge percentage of the battery over time in comparison.

    "Only sacrifice is no RGB."

    NO DEAL!!!!!!

No RGB is a huge bonus. I love the idea of this mouse.

RGB is needed these days otherwise the mouse doesn't function well /s

      • +2

I normally get 10 kills more with RGB on.

  • Fuk I love the g403 but the battery life is balls suck.

Will buy this in a heart beat

  • Yep, my G403 annoys me every week or two.. Best mouse otherwise.

  • Looks like a fairly simple/elegant design and probably mass produced. Keen for this mouse. What do you think the chances are this will be on sale in the near future?

It is just announced. Maybe not on sale recently. But it is cheaper than G403 wireless anyway.

Woah! Says here it's an EB Games exclusive at $130?
    Noo! As if, right?
Tempted to get it now just because of that, but really I don't have any use for it before november… Surely the price will drop back down by then, right?
Sigh, I'll still wait and grab it the first time it drops below 80 delivered from then.

  • Can anybody confirm if this is Australian Stock?

    • might be nz stock if ebgames has an exclusive?
