I subscribed to Petbarn pet insurance recently with 2 months free. Just received a booklet full of vouchers to use at Petbarn.

Redeemed this morning for a small bag of Grain free wellness dog food and 5 wellness chunky centre tins. Saved $63.64. Checkout $0

Great value, considering there is more vouchers in the booklet with free dog wash etc…

There is also free cat food etc.. I am thinking of redeeming these also and selling them at half price on gumtree.

  So there is no charge in the first 2 months? Or is it after x days then 2 free months.

    They discount the 2 months from your premium. So essentially it is a reduced monthly payment. Voucher booklet arrives after about a month.

  Too bad it's virtually impossible to switch pet insurance as any claims you have made with your previous provider would be considered pre-existing conditions with the new one.

  Are you able to post the vouchers received in the book?

  I have bought the insurance lately, paying for a year up front, and have now found out the the voucher book isnt sent out until after your first months payment, or 8 weeks. There is no fine print to state this before purchase and clearly false advertising.
