Earn Qantas Points using the Qantas Assure App with your Wellness Rewards 28-Day Trial

40

Take advantage of the Wellness Rewards 28-Day Trial with the Qantas Assure App and earn Qantas Points for things you're already doing like walking the dog, cycling to work and other everyday activities

You can then set yourself daily or weekly step goals and earn Qantas Points for the next 28 days! These Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 2 weeks.

Any points accumulated in the App after your 28-Day Trial ends will be Locked Qantas Points – which you can unlock when you take out an Eligible Qantas Assure Product

  • The Qantas Assure App is offered by Qantas and you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and 13 years of age or over to use the Qantas Assure App. During the Qantas Assure Wellness Program 28-Day Trial, Qantas Assure App users will earn Qantas Points without having to purchase an Eligible Qantas Assure Product. Qantas Points earned during this trial will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account on a fortnightly basis. Once the 28-Day Trial has ended, Qantas Frequent Flyer members who do not purchase an Eligible Qantas Assure Product will accumulate Locked Qantas Points by completing activities through the Qantas Assure App. Locked Qantas Points will expire 12 months after the member last accumulated a Locked Qantas Point. Up to 3,000 Locked Qantas Points can be converted to Qantas Points following purchase of an Eligible Qantas Assure Product. Qantas reserves the right to extend or withdraw this offer at anytime.

FYI - 20,000 steps = 22 points

  • Link using the following data sources:

    Google Fit
    Fitbit
    Strava

I don't have any of these. All I have is Samsung Health on my phone. So I assume it can't tap into Samsung Health?

    • I think you can sync activity data to Strava from the Samsung Health app.

      • Ok thanks, I think I have it working now. My Qantas Assure trial started a week ago for the and Samsung health won't upload previous data, so I guess I start from now which is a bit annoying as I will lose some credit towards Qantas Assure.

  • "3,000 Locked Qantas Points can be converted to Qantas Points following purchase of an Eligible Qantas Assure Product."..

Does anybody know what happens to the excess points? Do they convert the next month or something? I currently have 3300 locked points.

    • You can only unlock them by signing up to a Qantas assure product. If you don't plan on signing up, they remain locked and are useless to you

      • Sorry I guess my question might have been a bit vague. I understand that the locked points can only be unlocked by signing up for the Uantas Assure product. But as per their terms, they say up to "3,000 Locked Qantas Points can be converted to Qantas Points following purchase of an Eligible Qantas Assure Product." I currenlty have 3300 locked points, so if I purchase the Qantas Assure product I assume 3000 locked points gets converted to Qantas points. WHat I want to know is what happens to the remaining 300 points.

        • Ah, I see what you mean. I don't know the answer to that I'm afraid (but I would take a guess at you losing the remaining 300 points)
