    OP, I would suggest if English is not your first language it would be worth getting someone more competent with it to check your site. Particularly if you are trying to sell in the premium segment of a market.

    Im in the market for a good pillow - but these guys take the cake. You can request a refund up to 60 days after purchase - but you only get 100% back if it is unused and in its original packaging - otherwise they will give you $50 per pillow. How am I meant to use it and make sure its for me without taking it out of its packaging. The website itself says it takes 15-20 days for the pillow to mould to you and to show maximum benefit.

    odd - You'd think if they are trying to get a foot in the door, then they should offer a 100% refund if you are unhappy, no questions asked.
