    Is it just me or is the AMEX web site a dog of a thing? Sometimes I can log in other times it crashes. I try to add a deal to my card and it says "We're sorry - We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and could not process your request."

      Usually only see that error message if an incorrect password is used. It's misleading.

          hmm, I've seen it a few times and it's always been because I've accidentally entered an incorrect password, so put it down to being the same issue. Sorry.

          I do agree with you, the website isn't great; in particular for a brand like American Express.

      I get that errror msg a fair it too

      Also when i call. The bit where it says please enter your phone pin.everytime it says incorrect and puts me through. Even though its correct
