    A 720p 360 camera will have terrible image quality. I have a full HD 360 camera and even that is far from good. I doubt you'd ever be able to read a number plate from it.

  This does not give you true spherical 360 view with only one lens. Only gives hemispheric views since single lens and only "up" point of view..

      well.. it is 360 in a circle.. just doesnt go down. Thats why you cannot say its "False advertising"
